“This stay was the absolute worst! Loud. Doors slamming all night long! People in rooms or hallways Very loud. Left at 3a.m. & told the front desk why. Apology but no real concern & asked for a call from manager. Called manager myself because, of course no one called me. Told manager what happened. And was scolded because we didn't call the front desk to give "their" 3 warnings deal....I laugh at that! Compared that success to telling a neighbor their dog barks too much. You get nowhere. “Have stayed here numerous times with and without family, and normally have no issues, but check in was slow as only one person working, and rooms just didn't seem as good our bed was so soft, and our faucet leaked, and the tv had been disabled and only two towels and one hand and wash cloth. Had to ask for more towels for in the pool area. The breakfast was average with hardly any seating. And we were locked out of our rooms at 10am while we were still packing up check out is 11 .
