Bonjour Madame, Je suis surpris par votre note et votre commentaire extrêmement sévère. Pouvez-vous préciser ce que vous avez estimé de sale? Inesse qui est en charge de cet appartement saura quels sont les points à améliorer si cela est vrai. Nous sommes toujours à l'écoute des clients pour les satisfaire au mieux, comme la fois où vous nous avez écrit tardivement la veille de votre départ, vous nous avez écrit pour dire que l'eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas. Le propriétaire vous a tout de suite appelé cinq minutes après votre message pour essayer de trouver une solution à votre problème et vous n'avez jamais répondu à son appel. Lors du check-out du lendemain, Inesse a contrôlé et il n'y avait pas de problème de ce côté là. Depuis un autre client est passé et on n'a pas eu de remontée de ce problème.

It was not clean, cooking ware well used, bedroom difficult to access, awkward stairs to reach 4th floor and found the photos deceptive. The location was definitely the highlight and Julien was prompt enough

L'appartement est très bien situé. Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement pas très propre. La chambre est mansardée et très petite comparée à la photo du site. Mais le charme de Rouen a opéré heureusement !

This place is cozy, cute and convenient, as advertised. There are 3 things you need to know, though: 1) It's on the top floor of a historic building, up 3 flights of narrow stairs (no elevator) -- might be hard to navigate with a lot of luggage. 2) The ceilings / doorways are low (again, historic building) -- if anyone in your party is taller than 6 ft, they will likely hit their head at lest once. 3) The sofa in the living area smells like smoke -- if you don't smoke / are allergic, it might bother you. (No smell in the bedroom or the main kitchen/ dining area).

Hébergement très agréable
Appartement agréable et propre. Le seul bémol l'accès par un escalier en colimaçon aux marches inégales. Le quartier est également agréable à 10 mn à pied de la cathédrale.

A very cute apartment, decorated very nicely. We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. The website said the apartment had a clothes dryer--as an American I expected an electrical dryer. But, we only had a clothes rack. It made drying the clothes rather difficult since it rained a lot and the inside also seemed damp. Otherwise, a great place to stay!

Cosy and excellent!
What a great location, so close to the lovely old city center. The appartment was very cosy and well equiped. Highly recommended. I hope to come back some time 😊

Modern apartment in historical half-timbered house
Great place to stay for two people! Close to Rouen center. Free parking within a 5 minutes walk. (Note that you will have to climb a narrow staircase to get into the apartment.)

My wife and 2 teenage boys stayed here in early July. Clean, bright and charming apartment in an old heritage building. Great location within walking distance to the sites and old Rouen - supermarket across the street was ideal and a 10 min walk from the train station. The pull-out sofa bed on the main level and the double bed upstairs were very comfortable. Nguyen and Agnès were very pleasant and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.
