Regarding the maintenance issues that you have experience we could easily solve that if reported on time of staying or even upgrade you to another room if available- so please do let us know if you experience any issues during your stay so we can try to solve issues on the moment.Regarding the room charges- yes, at the moment we are upgrading to another payment system due to the new GDPR and until we do that we are not allowed to collect guests card details because we can't store them correctly.
