I think you should had book a room in Hiltons or Marriott where you would pay 4 times more to get 24 hours check in service, unfortunately you booked at seasonal small hotel where you failed to read hotel policy clearly mentioned in Expedia link. The guest who inform about their late arrival prior to the front desk we try to accommodate them under our policy checklist. in future will accept your reservation only if we meet at your expectations.Thank you

To whom who reading this, this guest failed to read hotel policy mentioned in our online partner's website. out of courtesy front desk decided to make arrangement for their afterhours check in however they lied that they would be arriving very late matter of fact they reached hotel before office closed and went straight to the room without showing up to the office to complete check in process. To whom reading this review, we have banned this guest for violation hotel fire code policy. This guest was dishonest to front desk they were 8 people discreetly staying more than occupancy. they were so irresponsible that they were gone out for fun all day on their checkout day with their stuffs left in the room. Expedia and front desk continually trying to reach out but no answer. New check-in guest with family and infant from out of state were in our office parking lot struggling finding new place to sleep at night as we were solid out on day or other wise we would have helped them. we were advised by Expedia to throw guest's stuff from room as they were failed to check out in the morning however out of concern front desk were hoping they were safe and would hearing from them. Finally, this guest arrived late evening fully intoxicated saying they were celebrating birthday and hadn't got chance to hear even voice messages left by front desk. Their dishonesty and irresponsibility cause us over 800 fine by Expedia.

We are unable to find your reservation so does the expedia. If you were really stayed in our property, then It's unfortunate that you failed to inform our front desk right away about your experiences with your room.we would have offered you different efficiency or refund your money. being civilization, we strongly recommend the things need to do when it comes to public safety.Thank you

To whom reading this review ; Front desk had to canceled her reservtion because she was very loud and disrespectful to eledrly manager on front desk as weel as hotel policy She did decline to pay security deposit which is mentioned on her reservation she made through third-party. She refused to answer what service pet she had and provide ID verification. Guest wasnt even charged for cancellation fee for two efficiency which was more than 600. It's unfortunate when educated people failed to book ADA room for their loved ones. Thanks Management.

Police wouldn't have helped you with that when you were trying to check in after check in hours without a prior notice to front desk by knocking office door and all over guest's door in term of violation of the individual 's right to privacy. we have reported to our online partners that you are banned from Exit5.
