Hotel a Salisbury

“Everything went well. No complaints.”

“Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the location was excellent. I especially want to recognize Mr. Garcia for his outstanding customer service. He greeted me warmly when I arrived, explained everything in detail, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. There were a minor housekeeping issues during our stay. On our second day, housekeeping had run low on clean towels and had to go door to door collecting used ones or even clean ones this was a little shock and new to me since hotels...

“Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Beds and pillows too soft but clean and comfy. Would stay again.”

“The hotel is rather old. Carpets were wet - maybe humidity? Bathroom smelled like cat pee. No amentities. Loud bar on the first floor. However the breakfast was decent. Doubt I’ll stay again”

“I had a terrible experience. The room was dirty. Cobwebs dangling from the ceiling. The bed sheets were stained, and dirty. The shower and the bathroom sink were stained, dirty and disgusting. The place looks almost abandoned. The breakfast was very minimal. NO POOL, it was drained and looked like it has not been in use for years. I have photos. We also noticed what appeared to be permanent tenants living there. I'm calling Expedia to get a refund. Never again.”

“The room was comfortable— nice mattress, good air conditioning, and very hot water. The carpeting could have been cleaner. We did not have enough time to use the pool or exercise room, but was pleased it was there. The breakfast did not look appetizing as most hotel breakfast are disappointing, so we opted out and went out for breakfast. The coffee however was wonderful!! The machine freshly ground each individual cup.”

“Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Most of the cleaning staff were not friendly at all. They took over the elevator and didn’t allow us to use it. They were on their phones or busy eating food. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. It was great to see that they had non pork items to choose from. Coffee maker was broken but staff did work hard to get it fixed for use. Rooms were very clean. Not enough towels for the amount of guest in the room but they were willing to give...
