Everything was lovely! Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed walking right across the street to The Coffee Shoppe for a delicious breakfast!

Everything about the hotel was top notch. The spa services are amazing and I was really impressed with the massage table. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

I am on the floor where the pool is on this floor, full of smell when you walk out the elevator, and the noise from the pool facility make you hard to sleep, it doesn’t worth for $440 one night on this floor at all!

The property and grounds are vast and absolutely beautiful. Rooms are large, well appointed, and comfortable. With eating/drinking venues, spa, fitness center, and shopping, our stay was a great experience.

This hotel is amazing, it is stunning inside and outside. The staff is professional and friendly, the grounds are beautiful. Easy walk to restaurants, the trolley/bus and sight seeing. We will definitely stay here again.

I was first put in room #666 which the staff laughed about and said it was a good view room, which was not.. then I asked to be moved to a garden view room and he said no problem.. then moved to a cover of the hotel room with street view and a partial pool bien.. it was a joke to the staff that I didn’t not appreciate for the money we spent there.. disappointed

This hotel lives up to it's name, it is indeed Grand. We enjoyed our stay immensely. It was clean, beds were comfortable, the food was delicious. Will definitely be my place to stay.

The room was great very comfortable and welcoming. The linens and bed were great too. The only complaint I have is the 60 grit sandpaper that was there passing as toilet paper.
