La nostra prima volta a Salisburgo
La struttura è originale nel suo insieme, la nostra camera era arredata con mobili in stile (l'armadio avrebbe bisogno di una riparazione alle ante, basterebbe poco; la tappezzeria delle poltroncine deve essere sostituita perché rotta e macchiata).La posizione assolutamente eccezionale in quanto l'autobus n°1 porta in centro in cinque minuti e le frequenza è ogni dieci. Il nostro breve soggiorno ci ha portato a scegliere di fare colazione in centro per visitare i locali noti come il caffè Tomaselli, ma nelle vicinanze della Villa ci sono possibilità di vario tipo. Il mio giudizio della struttura e positivo va sottolineata la cortesia e la cordialità alla reception.

Veloce check in al ‘zur post’ poco più avanti (come indicato) e poi abbiamo preso possesso della nostra stanza, direi di categoria superiore rispetto alle stelle convenzionali. Ottimo anche il parcheggio.

Salisburgo in giornata
La struttura si presenta bene, parcheggio riservato. A due passi la reception, non è un problema dopo aver lasciato l’auto nel parcheggio. Due camere spaziose, ma il divano letto non troppo comodo. Si raggiunge il centro in cinque minuti di auto e si trova parcheggio facilmente.

un pò come a casa
camera famigliare al piano terra molto comoda, villa ceconi ha poche camere e questo le dona una atmosfera particolare, piacevole e non anonima. Il check in/out avviene nell'Hotel Posta nella stessa via ed il personale è amichevole, preciso e disponibile a fornire informazioni utili per vivere la città. Il centro è a 20 minuti a piedi ma è possibile anche utilizzare l'autobus che parte di fronte alla Villa. Si parcheggia proprio di fronte all'ingresso della villa, nel cortile, e quindi non si fa nessuna fatica a scaricare /caricare i bagagli.

Ottima posizione
L'hotel si trova in un ottima posizione, in quanto appena fuori dal cancello c'è la fermata del bus che ti porta in centro in 4 fermate. La pulizia è quotidiana, ottima l'idea delle macchinette automatiche distributrici di bibite, dato che la reception si trova 200 metri più in la rispetto a villa Ceconi. Al massimo sistemerei qualche infisso meno confortevole!

Struttura perfetta
Il massimo della cortesia, della disponibilità e della professionalità. Il villa Ceconi è la dependance di lusso dell'hotel Zur Posta, camere nuove, di design e funzionali, pulizia assoluta e letti comodissimi. Per i bikers offrono il garage gratuito.

Buon albergo
Albergo buono, pulito, ristrutturato nel 2007, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. La reception si trova nell'albergo Zur Post a 200 metri di distanza. Una pecca da segnalare è la mancanza di aria condizionata e in agosto faceva veramente caldo nella stanza!!!

La pensione non ha reception, ma si fa check in a 300 metri di distanza, un piccolo disagio specie per chi non ha l'auto. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno gratuiamente, in 20 minuti si va in cetro a piedi ma è servita benissimo anche dall'autobus. Non è un posto di lusso ma ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

The property may be ideal for casual activists. It is not suitable for family and businessmen. My family of 4 stayed there for 4 nights after we paid online before the stay. Upon checked-in at their other property (Das Grune Bio Hotel Zur Post) which was located about 400 metres away , we humbly asked for an iron and an ironing board from the reception. We were shocked when the receptionist told us that they don't provide iron and that we need to come over to their main hotel (Das Grune Bio Hotel Zur Post) which was about 400 metres away if we want to iron our clothes and have breakfast. We told them that we don't need breakfast. However, we had to carry our clothes and brought it over to their main hotel (Das Grune Bio Hotel) for 4 consecutive days to iron our clothes. It was really a shocking experience to my family throughout our many years of travelling around Europe and other parts of the world. We had no choice but had to do it because the stay had been paid for prior to our arrival. We will be more wary of such a horrible accommodation and its ridiculous arrangement in future. They should have been more sensible and understanding of customer's need. The staff may be nice but not so helpful to look into our simple need. They could have lend us the iron and ironing board which was not used by anybody during the 4 days. Horrible service culture. Not worth the value paid.

Very nice
Stayed for one night on a business trip during covid times. Very well kept place with spot cleanness and attention to details. Communication was good, and we had a room change request on arrival and the managers were helpful to accomodate. I'm looking forward to stay again if passing through Austria.

Toller Aufenthalt in Salzburg
Waren sehr zufrieden mit Zimmer 403 in der Villa. Dusche/WC bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen. Die Größe des Schlafraumes ist top. Die Unterkunft liegt circa 30 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt. Wahlweise fahren aber auch alle paar Minuten Busse von vor der Haustür ab. Reibungsloser Check In und Check Out.

Großes sauberes Zimmer Parkplatz gute Busanbindung
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Parkplatz und Bushaltestelle vor der Haustüre. in 10 Minuten ist man in der Altstadt mit dem Bus und ohne Parkplatzsuche. Bequemer geht es nicht. Zimmer sehr geräumig.

Es tut uns natürlich leid, dass Ihnen die Matratzen zu hart waren. Leider ist dieses "Problem" sehr schwierig individuell auf alle Gäste abzustimmen. Einen Kühlschrank haben wir nur in unseren Ferienwohnungen oder bei der Rezeption einen für alle Gäste während der Öffnungszeiten. Wir verzichten bewusst auf kleine Kühlschränke bzw. Super Hotel in Innenstadtnähe
Der Check-In war schnell und unkompliziert. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr schön modern eingerichtet. Es wird nur noch von einem grandiosen Badezimmer übertroffen. Das Hotel befindet sich in Innenstadtnähe. In circa 20 min steht man mitten in Salzburg. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden!

Decent place let down by a few flaws
Decent place in a well-connected location; rooms are large. Service was professional overall. Despite specifically booking this hotel because they advertise a double-bed room I in fact had 2 single beds in my room (and at 2 metres tall this was not ideal). I also had the cleaning staff wake me up at 8.30 on the day I was checking out by coming into my room. The staff at check out did not seem to be remotely concerned by either of these things.

We choose the villa for our trip to Salzburg because of the parking. The villa is about 150 meter away from the hotel where the check in/out is located. The villa is about 1.5 mile away from the old city of Salzburg, a solid walk of 20-25 minutes. Our room is at the third floor, so have to carry the bags up the stairs. The room is big enough for three of us, bathroom is a nice size. The room is clean. Because the room has no air condition, and the two days we were there , the temperature as about 30C, we have to open all the widows to cool down the room in the evening, and road in front of the house is the major road to the old town with a lot of traffic, so it was very noise.

That's right that we have no air condition in our hotel, but we do have fans. And if you need more you can ask at our reception. By having no air condition we want to reduce the electricity, because of our green thought. And we also have rooms not directly located to the main road. Good for Cool Air Stay
The room was nice and clean and located closely to downtown, however, 35+ in the heat was almost unbearable at night because there is no air conditioning. I would stay there again if it were cooler but NOT of it were hot.

Dear Angela, thank you for your review. We´re happy that you enjoyed your stay with us. That's right that we have no air condition in our hotel, but we do have fans. And if you need more you can ask at our reception. By having no air condition we want to reduce the electricity, because of our green thought. This temperature is also not normal for us in Austria. Dyr frukost
Vi reste mot Österrike och stannade en natt här. Man bodde i ett större hus och fick gå 500 meter till själva huvudhotellet när man skulle äta frukost. Frukosten skulle vara ekologisk och priset var 180:-per person. Det var den inte på långa vägar värd. Inget större utbud som man skulle kunna förvänta sig till det priset. Lite trist att det var samma pris för barn och vuxna om man ska ta det priset. Skippa fukosten och ät på annat ställe.

Dear Jan, thank you for your review. We´re sorry that our breakfast did not pay off for you. It's correct that our hotel consists of two main buildings and the breakfast is only in one of them, but it's only a two minutes walking distance. We have a fully organic all you can eat buffet for 18,00 EUR per adult and day, and for children(9-16 years) it's 12,00 EUR and children (4-8 years) 6,00 EUR. So it's a different price for our little guests :) We´re already looking forward to welcoming you the next time in our hotel. Best regards from Salzburg
