Great Studio
We love this area and this studio was perfect in every way!! We could walk to the beach or out to dinner. We had our own parking space. Even though this is a studio it felt roomy. The bed was super comfortable and we loved all the special touches especially the awesome shower. Chips, salsa, and fixings for margaritas were on the table when we got there.

Cozy and Eclectic
We enjoyed our stay and Alisa was always very attentive! While we were not able to use the bikes and other equipment she had available she made sure they were in working order and easily accessible to us. We loved the area and how easy we were able to walk around and find great areas to eat and the easy access to the beach. We look forward to returning and having another margarita with chips and salsa! Thank you again.

Cozy
This is perfect for 2 people. So close to everything, you could walk where you needed to go. The big perk was that parking was provided and we arrived to margaritas with chips and salsa! Thank you for the stay!!

Quirky unique studio near beach
The host was incredibly accommodating with check out time and holding our bags. Very responsive. The place itself was super unique and quirky. What a fun stay! About an 8 min easy walk to the beach, less to cute coffee shops, this was a gem.

Cute and cozy!
Beach and great food within walking distance! The house is decorated so cute and very clean! The bed was very comfortable, we slept amazing! If ever in the san diego area again, id definitely stay here!

Affordable stay close to La Jolla
Went to a wedding in La Jolla and this was close and in a nice mostly quiet neighborhood. Private parking was a plus as street parking was limited. Complementary Margaritas were a nice welcoming gesture.

Beach Getaway
Great location! Walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and tons of restaurants. Very convenient if traveling with kids. Alisa and her hubby are kind, nice hosts! Second time staying at one of their beach studios and it wont be the last.

Everything we hoped for and so much more!
The location was amazing! Loved the private parking. The welcome snacks were a beautiful touch, but the best part was the bathroom! Bikes had full tires. And everything was readily accessible. The artsy touches had my husband and I already planning when we can return. Def will book again!

Birthday getaway
The property was perfect for a couple. Chips, salsa, and margaritas were a terrific welcoming perk. Parking inside the gate right outside the front door was great too! Owners on site and communication was great! A few cobwebs inside need to be taken care of as far as cleanliness and bed pillows were not very comfortable. extremely close to the beach and restaurants recommended by owners were fantastic! Overall, had a very nice stay.

Quiet and comfortable
The place was comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. We walked to the beach; I walked for my coffee every morning. My only critiques would be the cobwebs everywhere, and it might be helpful to descale the showerheads with some CLR or vinegar. But all-in-all, it was an enjoyable stay.

This is such a sweet and lovely little apartment - artistically designed and decorated, well supplied and more spacious and accommodating than expected. Within easy walking distance of some wonderful cafes and restaurants (highly recommend Oscars and the Fig Tree which Alisa recommended to us!) and within easy walking distance to the beach, we couldnt have asked for more. The bikes, margarita supplies and snacks were an extra special perk! Host communication was also excellent. We realized upon leaving that the sofa folds out to a bed for extra sleeping space - don't remember seeing that in the unit description...

Perfect Escape
I stayed two weeks in Alisa’s amazing studio and loved every second there. It felt very private, but Alisa was quickly responsive to any inquiries. The neighborhood was super quiet and felt very safe and comfortable. I stayed mostly alone with my little dog, but even when my daughter and son in law joined me for a few days, we were comfortable. The studio is well equipped. The bed is comfortable. The shower is wonderful. The nearest beach is about 3 1/2 blocks away, but it’s also near La Jolla, an easy drive to the sunset cliffs, and lots of great food (the grilled ahi tacos at Oscars-amazing!). I’ve already booked another stay next summer. Thank you for everything, Alisa!! Bridget says thank you for comforting her while she adjusts to being an only dog!!

Incredibly cozy stay
Alisa gave great instructions for getting to the place and accommodated my late check-in. I was getting tattoo work done on my leg at a nearby shop and found the location to be super convenient. The property is super clean, loaded with amenities (enjoyed the chips and salsa), and has a super unique aesthetic to explore. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely time here! The location was perfect-short walk to the beach, but in a quiet neighborhood. It was great to have an outdoor patio, grill, beach bikes and beach chairs. Great Location
Easiest check in and out ever! Great recommendations for dining and were within walking distance. Short drive to the San Diego Zoo, La Jolla, Maritime Museum and airport. Loved the Egyptian decor. Especially the shower!
