Nice stay
We really enjoyed our stay in San Gimignano. Nello is a nice host. The location of the house is great. And it is also really spacious. The beds and wifi could be better. But we had a great time in Tuscany!

Schöne Ruine ;) für viele leute! Stromausfall/ Moskitos ohne Ende!
Super schönes Haus, für 8 Personen mehr sollte man nicht einplanen! Die Lage ist wirklich gut fußläufig nach San gimingano, wobei an der Straße nachts lang laufen nicht jedermanns Sache ist. Einige Sachen stören für die doch Recht stattlichen Preis, Stromausfall, von mehr als 8 Std tagsüber nervt! Kaputte Klobrille! Wasser das nicht abläuft. Aussenbereich super schöner Blick!!!! Aber überall liegt Müll um das haus rum :/ scharfe rostende Gegenstände. Die Terrasse war bei unserer Ankunft vermutzt und es kam auch keiner zum fegen/aufräumen. Am aller nervigsten waren die Stechmücken, die Terrasse weder am Tage noch am Abend oder Nacht benutzbar, weil man aufgefressen worden ist. Noch nie habe ich so etwas erlebt. Sonst war alles super! Übergabe unproblematisch. Achtung Kurtaxe muss vor Ort bar bezahlt werden. Quittung haben wir nicht erhalten.

Amazing! Walk to town for Gelato each evening [or wine?]
Three couples stayed at this country farmhouse for 9 days in early May. The ability to walk into San Gimignano each day really made the stay perfect as a home base for the region. We would even walk into town after an eat in dinner – just for Gelato! We also were able to travel to Pisa and Lucca as well as Cinque Terre [stay over night] and back. Accommodations were exactly as advertised and possibly better! Rooms were very large, comfortable and clean. A CO-OP at the other end of town has everything you will need from wine to water and meats to fish. Nello was extremely helpful with restaurants; wineries and just about anything else we would ask him. We would recommend this farmhouse to families or couples. Have already recommended to friends who will be staying there in the fall.
