Nous étions 7 amis (du 7 au 24 juin 2023) nous avons trouvé l'emplacement intéressant, sans vis à vis, maison spacieuse. 3 belles chambres, mais la 4 ème ainsi que l'annexe inutilisables à cause d'une très forte humidité ( odeurs et atmosphère ) ce qui rendu le séjour du couple qui y dormait très désagréable. Vaisselle insuffisante pour 7 personnes et l'état de celle déjà présente sale, intolérable !! En conclusion, location chère, pour des prestations pas à la hauteur

Thanks for your review. As I understand one of the room was not up to the standard you expected for which we apologise. We will certainly investigate on the issue raised. Concerning the crockery, we could have easily sort the matter if only aware that they were not enough for you. All the best.

Rustic Villa
Villa was beautiful. However, listing should specificaaly say need a car. All the taxi's were booked so we needed to rely on tours we booked and a lovely restaurant that actually picked us up. If you need consistent wifi this is not the place for you.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed the Villa but are sorry if the wifi connections did not meet your needs. Rental car is a personal choice but always recommended to discover the surrounding area.

The listing is not accurate
It is a lovely villa, but the description is off. First of all - you get only the house without the annex. Second - there is only 4 bathrooms. We were 5 women friends and it was essential for us to have 5 bathroom and we booked based on the description that there are 5, but there are not. Master bedroom upstairs has many many bugs. The house is in the nature and of course you expect some and they were everywhere and it's fine, but master bedroom had way too many. They were crawling on us during the night, on our luggage, were in suitcases etc. Other than that it was good and clean. We did not cook so don't know how the kitchen is. We would probably stay again (definitely with a can of bugs spray), knowing what it is (4 bathrooms), but if you are going for the listing it may be a surprise.

Great
Great house, location, everything. Could have used directions on the heat and hot water but the property manager was all over it. I think we were the first of the season. No paper towels or sugar. We would definitely return.

Our stay at panizzi
Lots of space to spread out and different eating areas. Pool was lovely. A good base for sightseeing and a short hop into San gimignano for an aperitif.

Un lugar maravilloso para hospedarse y conocer San Gimignano y lugares cercanos. Super recomendado!
