The place is conveniently located. Near a mini mall, groceries, fast food chains and bus line to downtown. The house manager was always nearby. The house was generally quiet and charming.

Nice place to chill after a flight
Very nice clean place for overnight close to the airport. The host is extremely nice and helpful. Thank you.

Xin was so kind, we arrived late and she was there waiting for us. Her english level is very basic but she did her best in order to communicate with us. The house is beautiful.

Great place with charming hosts
This is a lovely little place with friendly, helpful, and responsive hosts. There are restaurants and other necessities within walking distance. They offer a simple breakfast with good coffee and there's a small, pretty garden where you can sit outdoors. We only spent one night before leaving for the airport, but highly recommend it.

I liked the building and furnishings very much. The one staff person I met was really, really kind. Unexpectedly I did have to share a bathroom, but it went fairly well. Someone in a room on the other side of the back lawn talked all night long though. It was a male voice. I did not know who to contact, so just slept with a pillow over my head. This shouldn’t have been allowed to happen. I suspect no staff was on site at night? So I downgraded the overall rating as guests deserve better sleeping conditions. Probably won’t go back there myself. Had i had a night without a lunatic guest, I probably would go back.

The owner was friendly and thoughtful. She provided helpful tips on getting around San Jose. The house provides a comfortable environment for travelers. Rooms are clean though some facilities can be improved. Overall, it's an enjoyable stay.

There were so many things to like, for example, the house is a Spanish type one, it is within walking distance from the food court which also contains a grocery. It was cosy, comfortable and homely, the staff was very accommodating which made you feel to stay.

We really like the service Mireya and Carolina were excellent they go above and beyond to give an excellent service they work very hard Carolina specially was incredibly helpful she even was our taxi to wherever we needed to go she is a hard worker and honest person

Xin’s Bed and Breakfast is in a clean, colorful, cozy home with a beautiful garden courtyard. Xin and her staff warmly welcomed us, and helped us get cheap airport transportation. The breakfast was very nice, as well. Great value!

Our hostess Una was lovely and very caring and helpful when we arrived from our 4-hour drive across the country. She was waiting for us, and check in was completely easeful. We were provided secure onsite parking, and a lovely breakfast in the bright kitchen in the morning. Our room was comfortable, the shared bathroom was clean, and the B&B itself has a peaceful feel to it. I appreciated all of those things. The only downside was that the hot water was lukewarm, but that may be because other guests showered before us. I recommend this space to anyone who has business to take care of at the US Embassy! It's an easy walk or quick drive away. Thank you!

Wonderful experience! Centrally located. Property was beautiful with garden space. Market and restaurants nearby. Owner and staff always had a smile and so willing to help navigate. Highly recommend!

Small cozy place, clean, and great location 5 min walk to the supermarket and restaurants, 20 min to San José downtown, 5 min to American Embassy, staff is always smiling and cooperative. Breakfast was good, with nice portions. High value for the price. I definitely would come back.

Xin was a wonderful host that made us feel very welcome. She helped us with contacting our rental car company and prepped a meal for us when we had to leave at 3:30 A.M. for an early flight. The house is lovely and much better than staying at a hotel. Not a huge fan of San Jose but will stay here again when we have early or late flights out.

Super endroit pour dormir, excellent rapport qualité prix, excellent service. Le seul hic est qu’il n’y a rien à faire dans le quartier. Faut prendre une voiture pour aller visiter ailleurs.
