Unfortunately there is always traffic off Interstate 40. If front desk was notified of your displeasure with the room location and the noise from the fridge, we would have gladly moved into a different room. We do what we can to make your stay comfortable, we can help but we need to know the issue and we can resolve it at that time. I apologize for you uncomfortable nights stay. I apologize that you found it dirty. Did you let front desk agent know about this issue when you seen it? It would have been our pleasure to move you to another room or we could have cleaned that room for you. Either way, front desk needs to know information like this as it happens..
