This complex called Porto Cari was one of the first to be built and thanks to this it enjoys a privileged situation within the marina.

Its current owner renovated it a few years ago giving it a modern touch but preserving its details in the construction.

From its terrace you can enjoy wonderful views over the port, from where you can see the movement of the boats and the beautiful bay.

The apartment offers the fully open living area with dining area, lounge area and kitchen with breakfast bar. From the living room there is access to the terrace. It has two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. The master double bedroom with ensuite shower room and a balcony overlooking the marina. The second bedroom with two single beds and a shower room located in the hall that distributes the bedrooms.

There is no pool at the property but our guests have access to the pool of complex Puerta del Sol when openened in the season. This is 1 minute walk away.

This property is ideal for lovers of boats and ports, also thanks to its location one can enjoy a vacation without having to drive since it has a maximum of 15 minutes walking one can reach the nearest beach Calo d´es Pou and Going out for lunch or dinner is only going down some stairs and choosing what kind of food you want that day.

The center of Cala d´Or is on the other side of the Marina for a maximum of 30 minutes walking.
