Room had no heat , 30 degrees outside temp. Bundled with blankets and moved the next day. Very SMALL compensation.

Sensor on side door not working so key card not working, very inconvenient.

I would have given this place a 5 star review, but my room was on the 1st floor and when breakfast was being prepared I could smell bacon in my room. It kept me awake and couldn’t fall asleep anymore. Place is clean, I would definitely stay there again, but will ask for upper floor rooms.

Great location with easy access to wonderful restaurants and shops. The staff was helpful and courteous. The Hilton Hotel chain is the best. Great value also.

Pool was closed, restaurant was closed, got food elsewhere and could not use lobby to eat, as a result bar lost business. One staff was not friendly so turn us off to breakfast as well so again more lost business.

It was for one night but it was easy and felt safe. Had a great experience at the bar with the bartender Christina who was super friendly and made it comfortable.

Disappointed in Saratoga
The first thing on our trip was we did not get a king size bed that I had scheduled to receive. They gave us twin beds. Then after we went to sleep that night, there was some kind of fire alarm and we had to all get up and go outside at 10:45.

We chose this hotel thinking there was a hotel in the pool area as indicated by other third party app photos. There use to be a hot tub and there is no longer. The photos are deceiving. The hotel room itself was very warm despite the AC being on. Half the time it seemed like it was not working. The 4th floor had a horrible burning smell near the “electrical room.” Price was high and quality was just average for Hilton. I expected more for the price. We will look elsewhere next time.

Pool problems started us off on the wrong foot.
I only book hotels with pools, so that after traveling my kids can burn off some energy and we can all sleep. The pool was a major let down, one group of guests were already in it, maybe 8 people, there literally was not enough room for us to join in. Tiny does not begin to describe it. Photos on the website depicted a hot tub, that unfortunately had been filled in. Oh well, plan b was showers and a movie, it was hard to find anything on the tv, the shower was moldy. When the keurig didn’t work in the morning, coupled with a charge for breakfast, we knew this was not what we expected, especially with Las Vegas pricing over $300 a night, as we booked so close to our travel date. We asked to cancel our second night, they we kind enough to let us out of our reservation.

I was impressed with staff. I met Roseann at check in. She was most exceptional! Very accommodating and informative. Had great suggestions. I was not aware that this Hilton offered bicycles, and Roseann arranged a bicycle for me. She’s a great example of outstanding customer service. Because of her, I would return to this location.

Unfortunately, we booked an accessible room. Interestingly it was one of the farthest from the elevators and directly above the indoor pool. The room was tropical. So humid that we had to sleep with the window open all night and the place reeked of chlorine!

After checking into our room, we found it not a very pleasant room. Right across from the indoor pool - hallway and room had an offensive chlorine odor. Room was a handicapped room which we not request. The bathroom was awful - shower left water all over the floor and there was no exhaust fan. Management was not able to provide us with another room or rate deduction because we booked thru Expedia directly.. Will not book again thru Expedia...
