I stayed in Unit 15. Had lots of dishes, cookware, refrigerator, stove. She thought of everything you might need. Ground Green Mountain coffee was there. The murphy bed was comfortable. The area is quiet. The room is small but we did fine (my husband and I). So close to walk to beach (ocean). The door open and locking system was great. Automatic sensor lights outdoors was a plus. Garbage and recycling right outside the door. The room had a woman's touch with lots of beach decor, hooks and details. I really loved our stay here!

Never met manager, No WiFI, No instructions to use TV.
Not impressed at all. Will never go back!!!

We do have Wifi, and we do include instructions on how to use the TV. We don't have a property manager - this is our own cottage and when we are not using it we offer it up to guests, but we do not live nearby.

Great place to stay, everything you need for the right price. Not far away from Portland and cities.

Earplugs A Must
Everything we needed for a short weekend visit. Bike rental within walking distance, restaurants close and delicious. Our room was clean and tidy, very small, box-like. Bring earplugs, the walls are paper thin, can hear everything in room next door including traffic on the street. Trash cans for all units right outside door, gets busy and noisy.

Thank you for your review, Caroline! We have since added a sound machine to this unit for guests to try to dull any street noise, but this is a great tip for sound-sensitive guests.

Lovely spot, close to beach and deli for sandwitches and snacks.
Great place and location. Small but adequate. Spotlessly clean!
