Hi Scott, we are so terribly sorry to hear that this was your experience with us. We no longer own the lofted building, as it was purchased by different owners. I have fully updated our system to make sure that no one can rent that property through us anymore. If you book through Expedia, you must cancel through Expedia because that is the way the system works. We certainly expect you to contact them and receive a refund since you did not get the expected services. We never want to scam anyone and try to give the best service possible. Again we are so sorry that this was your experience with us as we strive to give clients a beautiful and peaceful getaway in the woods of Oak Creek Canyon. Hello,We are glad you had a beautiful stay! Although, all of the cabins are secured with doors that do lock behind you and require a key for entrance as we do take guest security very seriously! We would also love to invite you back to stay in one of our cabins that have a full kitchen with a 10% discount if you book directly!
