Room was very clean and spacious . It was easy to find parking close to your room and in a very quiet area. Breakfast buffet was very good . Zero complaints about this place id stay here again for sure :)

We stayed at Sedona Real Inn for one night. The room is spacious and clean. Very easy access to many trails, especially if you want to go to devil’s bridge. Staff are super friendly and gave us advices for finding parking spots near trails.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fantastic check in staff who also gave us great ideas for drives arpund Sedona. Complimentary amazing breakfast with homemade egg dishes, potatoes, and sausages with rotating choices waffles, etc. One evening, fabulous guitarist and singer (Brian David) performing by the firepit as the stars came out.

Nice facility! Rooms are spacious and well appointed. We had a fireplace in our suite which made it very cozy during the rain storm!

Reserved a room with a king size bed and a queen size bed. Was told they didn't have that available when we arrived but we could get a king bed and queen pullout . Specifically reserved here to get 2 actual beds not a pullout sleeper. Seems like they overbook rooms quite a bit, I was in lobby and overheard another couple say they reserved from Monday - Saturday but hotel didnt have any rooms available on Saturday for them. They had to cut there trip short by a day because hotel didn't have what they promised. I said to myself well that sounds very familiar to my situation

Easy walking off some restaurants n some trails in easy reach. Breakfast team worked very hard with little thanks to keep things topped up n fresh...they were great.

This is really a motel. If you stay on the upper level, you would need to carry your bags up the stairs! Rooms were clean but super small and dark. There is no real lobby just a small reception. Price was not worth it. We spent more in one night than staying at the Hilton Resort in Scottsdale which was 5 star quality. Very dissatisfied .

Staff excellent. Free breakfast was pretty good. This is not a top of the line place, which I should’ve expected for the money. But it was clean. It didn’t occur to me that it an “inn” is more like a motel than a hotel, so had the noise outside and slamming metal doors from the unit beside us. Small fridge as well as a microwave, which is often not the case to get a microwave these days. Bathroom was small but had a bathtub with shower. I’m used to staying at more upscale hotels so it’s not fair of me to judge harshly as it was about half the price of other hotels and the service was good. Just don’t have expectations for top of the line sheets and a “hotel” like experience. They had live music as well as some wellness items like yoga, but that was during the week. We stayed on a Friday night and they had a guitarist. I love that it was pet friendly even though our dog wasn’t with us. They had a sign at the door welcoming the dogs staying there by name in addition to a water bowl. Dogs were welcome in the outdoor area where music was, it was safe for both pets and people. Sedona is beautiful. Not the best view from this hotel, but the town has a magical charm so we were OK staying and having less comforts than we were used to. Example: tv smaller with cable vs streaming, limited toiletries, etc. Loved the sign that the water features had child eating piranhas as a joke. In summary, service/pet policy/free events & breakfast made up for it being less than I’m used to. I

The pool and hot tub area are nice. The lighting in the bathroom was dark and the breakfast provided was nice if you eat meat. I wish they had more protein options for vegetarians.

The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. I could park right in front of my room. There is no elevator to the second floor, though. You have to walk the stairs. There is a small park with tables where you can do bbq or have family lunch. I didn’t like the breakfast, so I ate outside.

Excellent place to stay for a family and pet owners. The breakfast was very good and there were plenty of choices. There is house keeping on request which is nice not to have someone bothering you in the morning. The only negative I have to say is that the hot tub needs maintenance as only a few of the jets were working and there were gaps in the masonry. Everything you want to see is easily accessible through the nearby 89a.

Our room was terribly dark and facing the busy highway so the road noise was awful. Front desk personnel was not helpful. Ask for a change in rooms for something brighter and quieter and did not get any help. Would never stay here again nor recommend to anyone.

I’ve never stayed heee before and was pleasantly surprised. Even if the decor is a little dated, the room was comfortable. Free breakfast was great, but note you will have to sit outside if you bring your dog. The family/pet park was probably my favorite part of the property.

The location of Sedona Real is great, right near the main drag. Traffic noise wasn't bad and it got better when I closed the open windows (I found that two windows were not latched and were actually open 1/4 inch in our ground floor room). The room (single king sized bed) was nicely appointed, it was spacious enough, with expected amenities. Breakfasts were good. We never used the pool. Staff was very friendly. We opted for no room service while we were there. What could have been better? Well, there's only one towel hook. If a room usually has more than one inhabitant at a time, having two or more hooks for towels would be great! The mini fridge made lots of weird noises, so we turned it off for 3 of the 4 days we were there. The bathroom is way too small and cramped--it seemed so 1980s. Like, the door swings within a few inches of the toilet bowl and the walk-in shower. A high-quality inn should have an attractive and spacious bathroom. And breakfasts--the main dish of the day always contained meat. Vegetarian options were not the main dish, they were sides. For a place as new-agey as Sedona, I was surprised that vegetarian options were not on par with the non-vegetarian options. Would I stay there again. Yes. Would I try out another place to see if it was as worthy of my hard-earned dollars? Yes.

Due to location (room 410) the room was noisy (outside AC) and upstairs residents. Also had very few options at breakfast for my wife who is plant based. A fruit Smoothie or V bar would have been enough.

This was a great stay. The rooms are definitely aged but clean, comfy beds and great water pressure shower. Hotel is across the street from food, shopping and Juicery. The complimentary breakfast made it very convenient to get the day started early. The coffee was also very good. The staff was the hi-light for us. All very friendly and helpful.

Sedona Real was a real treat. The room assigned to us was right above the lobby and had sunrise views with a small balcony. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were great and the breakfast was good. We will definitely be coming back! The only thing I would suggest would to provide sugar in the raw for the lobby / breakfast area coffee plus perhaps a dairy free creamer choice.

Our building is right on the main road of Sedona and just down the street from the hospital. Lots of sirens at night. Breakfast is good. Could use more fruit but there’s always eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, pastries, cold cereal, juices and lots of hot coffee!
