Horrible experience. We were a family of 5 traveling for some relaxation and resort experience. There is nothing All Inclusive about his hotel, do not let the pictures fool you. No one speaks English or any European language. Impossible to get around. All signage is in Turkish. No maps and directions on Restaurants and amenities. No Beach Activities at all. The beach is Rocky and small. 5 a.m. loud speaker Arabic call to Prayer was shocking and terrifying. Bowling broken, Pool Table with Brocken sticks, Pingpong with cardboard paddles. Water slides out of order. Most disturbing, were the Islamic rules and regulations, and no women were allowed in the water without a burka and full body covering. The spa was filthy and water all over inside the steam room. No Alcohol. Not sure what kind of all-inclusive that is. None of this is disclosed by Expedia or the hotel which makes it unacceptable.

This hotel is not for Westerns - it is now a Halal Hotel which has very strict restrictions for using the main pool. I was not advised about this at the time of booking - had I have known I would have chosen a different hotel! The all inclusive option advised food, beverage an alcohol, this was not the case as they have removed the alcohol element from the all inclusive option -which was very disappointing! The food was good, the duplex family room was very nice- the staff friendly and helpful but the Halal restrictions impacted our stay!

Do not stay here! Do not waste your money! We were so dissapointed with this resort. The food was terrible. The drinks were minimal. The beach was horrible. The wifi hardley worked. My daughter was never able to get it to work on her phone. The room was big and spacious but felt dirty. I don't think house keeping cleans mirrors or counter/table tops. We paid way too much money to stay at this hotel. We paid for a 2 night stay and left after the first night. I let my disspointment be known to the GM and all he did was offer me 1 free night in the best room, but we were so desperate to leave. Why would we stay any longer at this horrendous place?

Ilk girisimizde otele vardigimizda zamaninda gitmis olmamiza ragmen otel odamis hazir degildi. Biz size haber verecegiz dendi. Lobby kisminda birseyler icmeye gecmemizden bizi aramalarina kadar yaklasik 1,5 saat bekledik. Bu bekleme suresinde birer kokteyl icmek istedik. Kokteyl hazirlanirken bardagi kiran arkadas, kirilan bardagin icerisindeki icecegi bir baska bardaga aktarmak gibi bir cilginlik yaparken biz gorup yeni bir icecek rica edince mutsuz bir sekilde yeniden bir icecek daha hazirlandi. Oldukca profesyonellikten uzak, kotu bir hal tavir icerisinde. Odamiz hazirlandiginda odada klima kapatilmis ve 30 derecede bize teslim edildi. Iceride durmanin mumkun dahi olmadigini gorunce hemen hazirlanip ciktik. 5 saat sonra odaya geldigimizde oda hala 30 dereceydi ve klimanin hicbir etkisi olmamisti. Resepsiyonu aradik, kimse umursamadi. Dusa girdigimizde dus basligi kirik ve suyu sadece duvara dogru puskurturken bir durum vardi. Gelen su da bir haslar derecede kaynar su ve bir de buz gibi soguk su seklinde akiyordu. Dus almanin dahi imkansiz oldugu bir durumdaydi yani. Yatakta uzun saclar... Deniz kisminda tamamen taslik, ayak kesen bir durum var. Kumlu bir plaj ariyorsaniz burasi kesinlike sizin icin degil. Son olarak late check out icin telefonda konusup odemesini yaptiktan sonra sanki dunyadan haberi yokmus kimsenin de bu diyalog ve islem hic olmamis gibi bizi arayip 12de cikisiniz var efendim diye gelen telefon... Sonuc olarak - bir daha asla gelmem.

First night the AC didn’t work, I had to come out of the room and sleep on a coach in lobby, next morning I told them AC wasn’t working, they said they’ll send their technician, by noon no one showed up, left and came back around 9 pm, tired, AC was still down, it was so hot, they sent the maintenance, and finally they changed our room at 11 pm. Woke up in the morning there was no water, for hours, staff gave me a feeling like they don’t wanna be there, checked in process was so unorganized, they explained nothing. Construction workers were working around the pool area and they started cussing and yelling at each other while we paid to relax by the pool. I’d not go back.

Ciddi İşletme Problemleri var
Merhaba, Öncelikle ciddi bir temizlik, yemek ve genel işletme problemi vardı. 5 Kişilik bir aile olarak konaklamamızı seçmemize ve ödeme yapmış olmamıza rağmen 4 kişilik yatak vardı odada, yemekler son derece özensiz, lezzetsiz ve kötüydü. Odalardaki setuplar eksikti, odada su ısıtıcısı olmasına rağmen su yoktu, çay yoktu bardak yoktu ve kahve yoktu. Ayrıca tüm alanlarda ciddi bir personel eksikliği de göze çarpıyor. Ayrıca otele giriş yaptığımızda konaklamamız ile ilgili bilgilendirme eksik yapıldı, herşey dahil konseptinde konaklmamıza rağmen otel kuralı gereği takılması gereken bileklikler takılmadı son dakika otel dışına yemeğe giderken sormak aklımıza geldi ve bileklik takılarak otelin hizmetlerinden yararlanabileceğimiz söylendi.

Notre chambre n'est pas été fait, j'ai rencontré la femme de ménage vers 17 heures, et j'ai demandé de faire notre chambre, elle a dit qu'elle était débordé, mais elle va le faire. Je suis revenue à notre chambre une heure après, et elle avait fait uniquement le lit, elle n'avait pas touché le salle de bain, ni le sol. Je peux vous dire que le service de cette hotel correspond à une 3 étoiles, je me demande comment on peut l'accorder 5 étoiles?

The food was not very good due to buffet style. Many of the guests in the hotel were not wearing masks in the lobby areas while the staff all were friendly and wearing masks. The view and beach location were beautiful. It was a bit windy here and you can see the wind turbines on the nearby hill so likely they got this property cheap. The local Teos Marina was quite nice and visit to the Teos museum and archeological site was nice. Next time we will stay closer to Selcuk or Kusadasi.

Hotel is nice, we stayed in king suite it was really great. Nice view to the sea. Food is normal always you find something to eat. I can recommend this hotel . Sigacik city is real paradise. Hôtel très sale personnel désagréable et incompétent. Les chambres étaient sale la douche était bouchée l’eau avait du mal à partir. La nourriture horrible ( des pancakes non cuits) l’hôtel est très jolie en soit il avait du potentiel c’est vraiment dommage. Tous les clients étaient mécontents. D’après une cliente ancienne cette hôtel était magnifique elle venait chaque année mais a priori le propriétaire a changé c’est bien dommage …. La mer propre mais difficile d’accès pleins d’oursin. Vraiment déçue

It was a terrible experience. Our checkin was at 2 pm but we received the room key at 2:45pm. When we arrived room, the sheets were dirty and we asked housekeeping to change them. The curtain was ripped and the balcony door didnt work. Most of the hotel staff and guests were not wearing the masks. The location of the hotel is great but the hotel management is not it’s best.

Die Anlage ist sehr groß und schön. Aber aufpassen! Personal war sehr knapp vorhanden und die Kundenkapazität wurde ausgeschöpft. Dementsprechend mussten wir immer sehr lange Schlangen in Kauf nehmen wenn wir was essen oder trinken wollten. Service war garnicht gut, was aber daran liegt, dass es sehr wenig Personal gab. Ich habe erstmals ein Zimmer bekommen, was nicht geputzt wurde. Also die Anlage ist 5 Sterne wert aber Service, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung 2 Sterne. Zu Corona Zeiten werden im Hotel keine Masken getragen jnd Abstandsregeln nicht eingehalten obwohl es einfach überfüllt war. Animation sehr mager und es hat definitiv keinen Sandstrand. Ohne Schwimmschuhe kann man nicht ins Meer, da es extrem steinig ist.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Haben uns sehr erholen können. Es könnten nur ein paar mehr Personal eingestellt werden für die Anzahl von Gästen war es bisschen zu wenig.

Kötü yorumlara hiç katılmıyorum.çok memnun kaldık.sadece rüzgarlı bir bölge ama sıcak günlerde zaten iyi bile geliyor insan bunalmıyor.

Kral dairesi kiralamayın
Kral dairesi kiralamanıza gerek yok bir binumarası yok yani sadece odada jakuzi var onun dışında ne odaya servia var ne de odada ayrıca bir hizmet var. Kral dairelerinde yan odaya kapı var bu benim 3 günlük tatilimi tedirginlik içinde geçirmeme neden oldu. Deniz manzaralı desikleri odanın önünde kocaman bir villa çatısı var. Personel çok canayakın yemekler güzel ve çeşitli otel temiz. Dediğim gibi normal oda kiralayın keyfinize bakın
