Bellissima esperienza
Tutto perfetto! La villa è accogliente e grande! Tutto pulito e fornita di ogni necessità! Posizionata in un posto tranquillo, lontano dal caos. Spostandosi di qualche km si può arrivare all'oasi che è stupenda! Proprietari cordiali e sempre disponibili! Esperienza bellissima e rilassante! Grazie di tutto!!

Una vacanza insolita e meravigliosa
La proprietà è bellissima immersa nel verde a perdita d'occhio. Gli spazi ben distribuiti e tante comodità. Siamo stati accolti dalla signora Fiorenza e dal signor Gerardo, persone squisite e disponibili e sempre tempestivi ad ogni richiesta. Il tutto completato dalla bellissima piscina anch'essa circondata dal verde. Che dire? È stato un soggiorno da favola!!!

Un luogo incantevole ma una villa con pessime prestazioni
La villa è localizzata in un ambiente naturale magnifico, un luogo tranquilissimo e puro lontano del caos. Questa grande casa potrebbe essere un paradiso se fosse curata meglio e se la proprietaria investisse un po nelle rinnovazioni necessarie. L'attrezzatura è scarsa e vecchia: il frigo non funzionava e ha avuto una fuga durante tutto il soggiorno, malgrado l'intervento di un tecnico. Del'acqua colava sotto dovè c'era una presa multipla, molto pericoloso ! La cucina è piccolissima e viechissima con pocchi atrezzi come pentole e padelle (che erano sporchissime cuando siamo arrivati). C'erano solo piatti e bicchieri di plastica. Niente per aprire e bere una bottiglia di vino. Non c'è una macchina da caffe, solo una moka per due cuando siamo in una casa per 10 persone. I mobili esterni erano rotti tutti: dei tavoli che non tengono più in piedi, alcune sedie pronte a rompere, lettini di piscina inutilizzabili. Le due doccie esterne fugavano e non funzionavano. Le doccie interne erano sporche, piene di macchie nere di muffa. I flessibili spruzzavano acqua dapertutto. Anchè la lavatrice fugava molto ! A l'inizio, seguito a nostri primi lamenti, la proprietaria ha avuto una buona reattività ma ha presto cambiato il tono: se la casa non ci piaceva, dovevamo lasciarla e andare via benchè sia ancora una settimana di soggiorno prevista. Una vera vergogna per una famiglia di otto persone chi hanno vuoli di aero previsti e chi vogliono passare tranquillamente delle vacanze in famiglia a cucinare, e riposarsi.

Gentile D. la ringrazio vivamente per questa non gradevole recensione che per quanto mi concerne del tutto inveritiera e fortunatamente non condivisa dagli altri ospiti che l'hanno preceduta la settimana precedente al suo arrivo ed anche da tutti gli altri . Purtroppo, ho avuto la spiacevole esperienza di averla avuta come mio ospite. Tengo però a precisare che i piatti non erano di plastica, ma di materiale melanimico, sicuramente molto più costoso ed igienico dei piatti di porcellana che poi le ho prontamente fornito , come anche i calici da vino da lei richiesti, che sicuramente non erano a corredo delle stoviglie, facenti parte dell'affitto. Non risponde al vero il fatto che non vi fosse la moka, ve ne sono ben 3 di cui una Alessi da 8 tazze. Per quanto invece concerne il frigo, le ripeto che questo è un frigorifero industriale e come anche le ha spiegato il tecnico, può creare condensa se i cibi vengono posti a contatto della ventola, come lei ha fatto. Per quanto riguarda poi i lettini bordo piscina (che non fanno parte sicuramente del contratto di fitto), le ho fornito poltroncine e sedie sdraio totalmente nuove. Inoltre, viste le sue continue rimostranze,le ho gentilmente offerto il rimborso del fitto previo rilascio della mia abitazione . Per quanto invece concerne le docce di casa, avendomi segnalato le macchie di muffa a distanza di ben 8 giorni dall'inizio del soggiorno, ritengo probabile che ciò sia dovuto ad una mancata pulizia delle stesse da parte di chi in quel momento le aveva in uso.Del resto, ho offerto del tutto gratuitamente l'aiuto di una signora delle pulizie, ma lei ha rifiutato. Mi fermo qui per non dire altro, circa il contenuto delle parole poco gentili che mi ha inviato in privato. Cordiali saluti

Ci ritornerei molto volentieri :)
Ho alloggiato in questa country-house per il periodo di Capodanno con un gruppo di 12 persone e 1 cane. Villa posizionata in una zona incantevole, veramente bella, ben arredata e disposta. Molto spaziosa! Le 6 stanze (3 matrimoniali, 1 doppia, 1 tripla e l'angolo indiano) ci hanno ospitato senza problemi. Non è la prima volta che mi capita di alloggiare in una casa per le vacanze, ma questa ha superato le mie aspettative: pulita, completa di ogni servizio (anche la connessione wi-fi) e ben attrezzata in cucina. Il termo-camino è stato in grado di scaldare tutta la casa senza dover ricorrere all'uso dei riscaldamenti.

Familienferien mit Hund
Wir verbrachten 10 tolle Tage in Ihrem schönen Ferienhaus.Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und die Uebergabe unkompliziert. Wir haben das im Wald liegende etwas abgelegene aber trotzdem von der Sonne verwöhnte grosse Grundstück sehr genossen. Das Schwimmbad war gross genug für alle und sehr sauber. Das Baden brachte erfrischende Abkühlung vom Morgen bis am Abend. Im Wohnzimmer konnte man Billard spielen, obwohl der Tisch einige Unebenheiten hatte und eine Kugel fehlte, oder einfach zusammen auf den Sofas oder bei einem feinen Glas Wein an den Tischen die Zeit geniessen. Unser Hund konnte sich frei auf dem ganzen Grundstück bewegen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Ferien abseits des Trubels mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge. Wir haben es sehr genossen und würden das Haus jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Liebe Grüsse Familie Hausherr

Lovely week in peaceful rural setting
Our extended family of 8 spent a lovely week here in July 2022. The setting is peaceful and quiet, surrounded by woods and with wonderful views across the valley. The accommodation is clean and spacious, although quite rustic in nature. The kitchen is small but well-equipped, and we took advantage of the barbeque (but not the pizza oven!), eating outside each night. The bedroom information on the website was a bit confusing, but there turned out to be 4 doubles (one with an extra single and one with an en-suite bathroom), a twin and a small single. We decided against the air conditioning, but the week was particularly warm and humid so this probably was not the best choice! Everyone enjoyed both the pool and the pool table. We struggled to find any supermarkets locally which were open on Sunday (having arrived Saturday night), but the Pugliese Market in Quaglietta was great, and we shopped there several times. We also recommend the Ristorante Silarus in the old part of the village. Within 10 minutes drive from the house you reach the main road network. We used the house as a base for visiting various sites, but found the travel times longer than the website suggested (Paestum 1 hour, Pompeii / Herculaneum / Vesuvius 1.5 hours) although all were absolutely worth the drive. All in all a superb week and very many happy memories!

Oase der Ruhe
Sehr schönes großes Haus mit Mega Garten und großem Pool in sehr ruhiger Gegend. Wir (zwei befreundete Familien, 8P.) fühlten uns hier Ende August sehr wohl und auch die Betreuung durch Fiorenza war vorbildlich. Leider war der Billiardtisch immer noch kaput, was unsere Teenies bereut haben. Die schmale, steile Anbindung über Quglietta an die Schnellstraße Richtung Küste, Salerno, Paestum war sogar mit großem SUV kein Problem. Wir würden das gesamte Anwesen auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Amazing family holiday had by all.
Beautiful large villa set in picturesque surroundings. We stayed for 12 nights end of August (4 adults, 3 teenage boys and an infant) everyone had a lovely time and plenty of space to roam around. The villa itself is rustic but had a lovely character and provided all we could ask for and more. The children loved the pool which was always clean and well maintained. Along with exploring the Woodlands and surrounding mountains. The property owner was always at hand to contact with any queries we had during the booking and up to the time of travel. Once arriving in Italy, the property manager went above and beyond along with her daughter (whose English was really good). Nothing was too much trouble, incredibly welcoming, accomadating and they were available to contact throughout our stay at any time. They went as far as to drive us to the local supermarket when we arrived to buy some basic supplies. (This was despite the shop being closed but they opened up for us after a quick call from the property manager). They also recommended some lovely places to visit and restrauants. Everyone locally was very kind and welcoming. Access to a vehicle is a necessity due to the rural location but plenty to do and see within a reasonable distance when travelling by car. We had a great time, would certainly visit again and cannot recommend enough. A massive thank you to everyone who assisted us.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Schöne ruhige Lage, großzügig geschnittenes Haus, gute Einrichtung. Leider war der Billiardtisch nicht bespielbar, da defekt. Wir haben uns sehr über den freundlichen Kontakt zu Fiorenza, Ihrer Tochter und auch Pietro gefreut. Es war eine schöne Zeit.

Nice and helpful host! Made our visit memorable.We are truly grateful for the hospitalit.
Nice house with plenty of space and amazing views. Large pool that both children and adults appreciated. Quiet location with easy distance to beaches by the sea. Fresh mozzarella and really good wine selection in the neighboring town of Quaglietta.We highly recommend this accommodation. Hospitality and friendly people everywhere.

Wonderful location in rural Italy
The house is in a wonderful location surrounded by spacious garden and lovely pool area - all with spectacular views of the mountain valley. The house itself though spacious, we found to be quite "rustic" otherwise it would have been 5 star. It's useful to be aware that the nearest restaurants, large supermarket and bakery are all in Oliveta citra (c 20 minute drive away). We had a good time.

Un superbe environnement pour de belles vacances
Un emplacement idyllique en pleines montagnes pour cette superbe location. La maison est très agréable, bien que la cuisine soit un peu petite si on est nombreux. Le jardin est immense et bien entretenu et la piscine très agréable ! Nous avons découvert de belles balades dans le secteur et sommes repartis enchantés !

This is a good size house .
We stayed here for 2 weeks good sized house was to cold to use the pool ( April ) on our stay it's very beautiful with great views ideal for bikers (Cyclist would find the lanes a challenge , hardly any cars on these mountain roads ) in this remote area. Big house sleeps loads. Only prob chester draws filled with bedding and towels so has to keep clothes in suit cases and wardrobes where much the same had space to hange a few things .

Leuk vakantiehuis in een zeer rustgevende omgeving
Samen met een bevriend echtpaar hebben mijn man en ik hier 2 weken onze vakantie doorgebracht. Met zijn ruime hoeveelheid slaapkamers, 2,5 badkamers en grote huiskamer was het huis zeker groot genoeg voor ons. Dankzij de goede bedden en rustige omgeving hebben wij er heerlijk geslapen. Het platteland gevoel kregen we zeker toe een aantal koeien gezellig bij ons op het grasveld op visite kwam. Was echt hilarisch! De boerin verontschuldigde zich en ruimde achter hun op. Helaas was het weer van slag en hebben we vooral bewolking gehad en koelde het 's avonds te snel af om gebruik te kunnen maken van het zwembad, de BBQ en de pizzaoven. In de omliggende stadjes hebben we heerlijk kunnen eten en waren de mensen uitermate vriendelijk. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om naar Peastum, Pompei, Naples en de Vesuvius te gaan. Voor onze broodnodige portie zonnenschijn en strand zijn we regelmatig naar Maiori gereden. We hebben in ieder geval genoten van onze vakantie

Lovely grounds, beautifull views
My parents, sister, husband and our group of 7 children had a lovely stay in Aguiletta! The beds are good, the living area is roomy enough for 12 persons and the grounds are lovely with beautifull views. The kitchen and bathrooms are basic but sufficiënt and the outdoor pizza oven and swimming pool were a big hit with the children. We had a bit of bad luck with the weather (rainy in the hills this week of May) but fortunately there is central heating and the weather was better at the coast. I can imagine that the location in the hills would be a plus in summer when it will be very warm. Peastum, Pompei, Naples and Vesuvius were great. Bear in mind that the drive will take 0,45 to 1,5 hrs, but the private space in Quaglietta made up for that.
