Perfect home base for relaxing or exploring!
This is an absolutely perfect VRBO. The information the hosts sent for checking in was simple and accurate, and even IF we had troubles, they respond super quickly. The place was spotless, which is amazing considering the amount of sand that we tracked in over the week even while trying to be careful. The air conditioning works like a charm, and the unit was stocked with everything you may need for a perfect vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach chairs, and as someone who burns easily, was also happy to see there’s also a great beach umbrella provided. Got a lot of use out of it! Location couldn’t have been better, we were shocked that the beach was just steps away from our private outdoor entrance, and there’s an amazing beach bar right beside us! This beach was by far the best out of the ones we visited, with the softest sand, and since it’s off season, practically empty, private! Across the street, a liquor store, great casual dining spots, a club we didn’t get to check out but seemed fun, post office, and pharmacy. Quick walk to Camana Bay through a gorgeous walking trail for amazing restaurant options and gorgeous views, grocery store, and ferry to Rum Point. We also loved Scoops for ice cream and Pepper’s for a fun restaurant spot, with live music! Overall we had the best time in this unit, and would recommend for anyone who wants to spend their time either lounging on the beach, or using it as a jumping off point for exploring the island. We didn’t want to leave!

Family joy
We had a great visit! The location had a nice pool and beach combo that was easy to enjoy and well maintained. Pool depth varied from 3-6 feet so perfect for all ages. The condo was clean and updated which was lovely. We walked to Camana bay a couple times and enjoyed the overall walkability of things. For better beach walkability, Governors beach was ideal. Wish the 2nd floor had a door - hard to enjoy the main living room after kids go to bed because of loft setup but otherwise the loft setup was great. Hosts were very responsive and personable.

Island Pine March Break
Fantastic one week get away in Cayman at a lovely one bedroom plus loft. Had space for the teenage kids and space for my wife and I. Clean and very homey. Having a back and a front porch was awesome! Had troubel getting a hold of the property manger through the "Message the host" button from the email- the sliding glass door lock did not work well and I couldn't communicate that. We had a really excelent stay and would 100% go back and use the same condo again!

Fantastic
Excellent accommodations! We were able to walk to a variety of places, including a quick walk to the liquor store and grocery stores. Also had a nice beach and pool. Perfect amount of space for me and my teenage daughters for the week. Loved the back porch with a view of the ocean! I would definitely stay there again!!

Great location on the beach!
This condo unit was perfect for our group of three friends who were attending a nearby conference. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The amenities were good and it was very close to shopping and dining as well as right on the beach. Just a small warning—bring quarters for the laundry as the gas stations near the condo will no longer give change in quarters. We were not able to find enough quarters to wash anything while we stayed.

Amazing location for beach access!
We were in the perfect spot, easy beach access, beautiful sunrise and sunset views within steps of our condo. Restaurants and shopping all close by as well. We rented a car, you don't have to but I'd recommend it as the island became our area to play, we had a wonderful time. The condo was updated, clean, the perfect spot to come home to after a day in the sun. We loved our stay!

Great location and great property with lots of nice amenities! Easy beach access as well. Unit had everything we needed to eat in when desired, gear for the beach, etc. Parking is super convenient if you have a car. Highly recommend!

The best location on the Island
Excellent location, it’s perfectly positioned on Seven Mile beach, with a nice little beach bar next door. All the bars and restaurants of Caymana Bay are a very short walk away over the foot bridge.

Great Condo!
My husband and I stayed in this condo and loved it. It was walking distance to a lot of restaurants, the shops, and best of all right by the beach! We spent most of our time there and took the public bus to a couple places. Very nice condo and perfect for a small family as well.

Great location
The Island Pine Villas is centrally located on 7 mile beach. Restaurants, Camana Bay are walking distance from the unit. The airport is approx a 10 min drive to and from the unit. Only downside( not the owners fault) is the beach. Kinda closed off from the rest of 7 mile due to beach erosion. Found shards of glass in sand, so be careful when on the beach. Unit had everything we needed ( beach & bath towels, kitchen was fully stocked so you can cook as if you were home, and friendly neighbors.

Very Nice Condo
A few minor glitches on arrival, but the host was very punctual in responding and correcting. Location is close to Camana Bay, shopping, groceries, restaurants, etc. Quiet mostly private beach and nice pool. We were very pleased with our stay.

Absolutely Perfect/Don’t Think Just Book
This place could not be better—super cute. Perfect for our family of 4. Ideal location. Not only are you on gorgeous 7mile beach, you are across the street from a grocery store, yummy restaurants and a few miles from some of the most beautiful snorkeling spots in the world. Our days were spent taking in the sunrises and sunsets on the beach, swimming in the ocean and wonderful pool, and snorkeling—could not have asked for more and while it was our first trip to GC it will not be our last. Thanks Justin and Heather!

Perfect little condo near everything
We love staying at Jason and Heather's condo. There was no downside to this unit, which is really something to say. Five stars! Everything was in good condition and worked perfectly, very clean, they had a nice patio in the back and front. Everything we needed as far as appliances and cookware was in the kitchen already. The bed was excellent, plenty of storage, the new shower was very nice. We loved the location. The complex has a nice pool with a place to wash dive gear. We were able to zip down to 7 mile Beach to swim and snorkel, or walk the pathway to Camana Bay shopping megaplex that has a grocer and several nice local restaurants where we enjoyed local entertainment and great food. There is more than enough parking in the empty lot next to the condo if you rent a car.

Great place to stay!
Recently renovated unit, quite stylish! Love the color scheme and condo decor. Beds were comfortable, so was the indoor and outdoor furniture. We loved having coffee/breakfast on the balcony flanking the master bedroom. Although there's only 1 bathroom, the shower is large and has plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the dispensers. The complimentary shower towels and beach towels were a bonus! Love that I didn't have to take up luggage space with those items. The condo location ideal; it's close to Camana Bay and a short drive to many restaurants. There is plenty of space to park on the condo property and also the public beach lot next to the condo complex. We discovered a beautiful beach-front restaurant/bar at the Marriott, just a10 minute walk away. It was great spot to watch the sunset while sipping on yummy pina coladas. Additionally, as a home cook I was impressed with the many kitchen supplies: a microwave, dishwasher, coffe maker and Keurig machine, lots of knives, pots and pans, baking dishes, bag clips, and storage containers for left over food. Other nice features: quick walk (1 minute) to the beach, tile floors, quiet unit and condo complex, separate thermostats for the living room and master bedroom, and an outdoor area by the pool for rinsing off dive gear. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Vacation
My family and I have stayed at Island Pine condos multiple times, and Justin and Heather's condo was a perfect getaway. Communication: Justin and Heather were always prompt and easy to get ahold of. One of the beach chairs broke during our stay - we messaged Justin and Heather via the vrbo app - and they delivered two new chairs within the hour. It was above and beyond for such a quick response and very much appreciated ! Condo The condo was clean, well stocked, and decorated nicely. We enjoyed the large back patio in the evenings. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all appliances we needed (including a Keurig and drip coffee maker). The beds were comfortable - shower water was hot - and air conditioning worked great during the evenings. Location We enjoy the location of Island Pine's because it's close to many restaurants and Camana Bay (grocery store and restaurants). The beach is just steps away, and we usually walk 5-10 minutes north to find a quiet spot of beach for our own. I would highly recommend Justin and Heather's condo if you're looking for an easy, no fuss getaway.

Great stay on 7 mile beach
We found this property to be perfect for our purposes. There were three of us staying for a wedding in Grand Cayman, and a lot of the events were on 7 mile beach. While we did not look out over the beach, we were a 1 minute walk... so easy. The pool at the condo was quiet and lovely. The condo itself was clean, and well stocked, including beach chairs and umbrellas. We did find that useful because during the day we elected to walk down the beach where there was some shade from tree’s and less crowded. We did not hear a thing from the neighbours (well built) nor were we disturbed at night from the Royal Palm Club next door (a fun beach bar). Great spot!

Very nice condo on 7 Mile Beach, right next door to Royal Palms Beach Club (restaurant/bar). Well appointed, up-to-date, condo with everything I needed for the week I was there. Being next to RPBC does make for some heavier traffic on the beach, but you don’t have to walk too far to find less people and more open sand. Very convenient location to Camana Bay with the sidewalk that takes you there located just across the street. You can be the the brand new grocery store and Camana Bay shopping/dining in 5 minutes using the sidewalk. The owners were quick to respond to questions I have before my trip. Overall, I was very satisfied with the condo.

Amazing week on 7 Mile Beach
The place was perfect for my wife and I and the location on 7 mile beach was perfect. Everything was updated, clean, and a short walk to the beach -- Camana Bay shopping and restaurants are close by as well. Heather was a great host and was very accessible during our stay with any questions or concerns. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend renting from Heather again!

Great condo and location on Seven Mile Beach
This was a great condo right on Seven Mile Beach. We enjoyed the pool and the beach access. The condo had everything we needed and the owners were responsive to our questions/requests. We really liked that the condo had plenty of towels (including beach towels) and beach chairs plus an umbrella. We had a rental car and their was plenty of parking space at the Royal Palms Beach Club (next door).

Perfect location
Condo is in a great location. It's clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. It has everything you need including beach chairs, a cooler, beach mat, toys, condiments, etc. Property is on the beach and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance either on the beach, on the street, or at the beautiful open air mall down the lovely walking path across the street. You don't really need a car. We took a taxi to and from airport. The public buses (vans) are great and cost $2 a ride as far as you want to go. Just start walking on the left side of the road in the direction you want to go, then when you hear a honk, that's a bus asking if you want a ride. Just hold up your arm and they'll pull over to pick you up anywhere along the road. We did this to go to the grocery store and the turtle center. The water ferry is located in the open air mall across the street. It goes to Rum Point and the Yacht Club. Other tours pick you up at the complex and there are lots of water sports (kayaks, waverunners, etc) by the complex on the beach. I definitely recommend a tour for swimming with the stingrays. This was an exceptional experience with Captain Marvin's tours. We will definitely return to this unit. My only complaint, which is easily fixed, is that the lighting in the master bedroom needs to be brighter (brighter light bulbs please) for our older eyes. Otherwise, the price was right, the unit was perfect and our trip was fantastic.

Great time
Condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well stocked. The beach is literally 30 seconds away and one of the nicest we've been to. Lots of stores, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Anything we did farther away we took a bus, which come by every few minutes. Weather was great, people friendly. Heather supplied us with lots of suggestions of where to eat and what to do, so we kept busy. Had a great time.

Nicely furnished, great location
The unit is clean, well furnished and nicely decorated with two porches to relax outdoors. It is remarkably quiet despite being directly next door to the cruise ship drop off parking lot. We parked there but the lot attendant managed traffic well so we didn’t get blocked in. There are too many nice choices for dining within a mile’s walk, although very few are on the beach itself. We had an issue working the tv, but the hosts promptly responded to our call and walked us through how to access the channels. The bathroom is small with no place to set anything more than a toothbrush glass but the hallway closet has shelving to set toiletries on. All in all this is a very nice rental, and we would recommend it highly.

Everything was wonderful! The apartment was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed.

Wonderful location! Everything you could need!
We had such a wonderful experience during our stay! The condo had everything we could have possibly needed including a pack and play for our little one! The pool was rarely crowded and well kept. The beach was perfect and there were plenty of chairs, umbrellas and toys for our group! The condo was conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and just a short walk to Camana bay. Heather and Justin were wonderful to work with and incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing Location...even more amazing host
This was our first time in the Caymans and we couldn’t have picked a better location. This condo is literally just a few steps from the beach. We are right next to a restaurant (royal palms) that has a great happy hour as well as lunch/dinner options. There are TONS of food options within walking distance, so a car was not needed for our stay. The home was clean, convenient and smelled great!! There was some noise coming from the neighbors (it sounded like they could have been remodeling) but it wasn’t terribly inconvenient. Justin was extremely helpful and immediately responsive to all communication and provided some very helpful options as far things to do and where to eat. I highly recommend this location. I promise you won’t be disappointed. Thanks for your hospitality Justin!!

Perfection in Paradise
My husband and I couldn't be happier about choosing to stay in this condo!!! We will definitely be returning. This condo is absolutely amazing! What it doesn't have: it doesn't have a conventional oven, but it does have a stovetop and convection microwave. Also, laundry facilities are on site, not in condo itself. What it does have: everything else!!!! Snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels, toys for kids! Cooking equipment, extra sheets, fans. It also has shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the shower! Lastly, it has the hospitality of it's amazing owners. Justin was so easy to work with! He responded quickly to my emails and made us feel right at home. To finish, I want to talk about the condos location. Literally a 2 minute walk (or faster) to the beach! And the snorkeling on that beach is amazing! Its walkable to several beach bars/restaurants. Across the street is Chicken Chicken, which has the best chicken I've ever had at an affordable price. It's also a short walk to Camana Bay, which has restaurants and shopping. If you are looking for a home away from home this is it!!!

Perfect location!
This is a wonderful place to stay! The location is absolutely perfect, just steps to the beautiful 7 mile beach and right across the street from fabulous Camana Bay. Chicken Chicken is a fantastic quick and easy dinner. Cimboco is a lovely, close restaurant within 3 minutes walking for breakfast for sit down, or cafe del sol for something a little faster. The condo was clean and Justin called within a few minutes of our arrival to ensure things were ok! Its fully stocked with beach chairs and towels. The kitchen had everything we wanted and more including a keurig. It was quiet and we slept peacefully without any noise from the road or the neighbors. The owners are great. Justin was very responsive starting from when we booked it, through our stay. He helped with recommendations for dinner reservations and simple things like how to catch a cab or making sure we hit up the Taste of Cayman festival that happens once a year! No complaints about this condo, I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location of this condo! Great shopping and restaurants nearby. The pool and beach are incredible and are only steps away from the condo. This condo has everything you need for a stay at the beach, including beach chairs, towels, and a beach toys for the kids. Great appliances and even a couple blenders for beach drinks! Justin is a great host and checked in several times to ensure our stay was a positive one! He also replies very quickly if you have questions during your stay. Master bedroom is spacious and the kids loved the upstairs loft. Thank you Justin and Heather for your incredible level of hospitality !

Wonderful place on Seven Mile Beach!
This condo was wonderful! Everything we needed to cook and hang out was there-towels, sunscreen, etc. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Justin called within an hour of us arriving to check to see if everything was ok. We called him once and he called back almost immediately. Justin and Heather are wonderful hosts! Four and a half stars. A very pleasant stay, in a great location. Recommended.
Nice clean place, not fancy but very functional, awesome location, almost everything we could possibly use at our hands. It was very quiet, and we could not hear traffic noise from the nearby roadway. Neighbors were friendly though we didn't see much of them. We didn't use the pool much but it is nice and clean, well-maintained. We had breakfast and lunch in the condo each day, and had all the dishes, utensils, pots and pans we needed. No conventional oven, but the convection microwave was sufficient for cooking scones from a mix, brownies, and a frozen pizza. We didn't rent a car, and didn't miss having one. All the restaurants you could want are easy walking distance. Excellent supermarket, called Kirk Market, was about a mile away. Super nice beach; the Royal Palms crowd was pretty big some days with the cruise ship customers; we moved a few hundred yards to the North and had no one near us on the beach. Four provided beach chairs were awesome. Neither available beach umbrella was usable, but where we were sitting we were able to find shade all day. Emails and texts were answered promptly. Our two teenaged sons loved the place, and were very comfortable in the upstairs loft. Our hosts were great to work with. Justin was very responsive (with near-immediate replies to inquiries), helpful and courteous. He gave us excellent recommendations for dining out. He called within 20 minutes of our arrival to confirm things were ok. Admirable hospitality. Our only issue with our stay was the firmness of the mattress on the king bed in the bedroom. It is an uncommonly firm mattress, in my opinion moderately uncomfortable for sleep. My wife concurs, though others may disagree. I would suggest that a two-inch thick memory foam mattress topper be made available, at least as an option; it would make all the difference in the comfort of this bed.

Great Location!
Loved the condo and it’s location! Justin and Heather were easy to get ahold of, and their place had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone! We had a Wonderful vacation!

Clean and well appointed condo close to everything
This was our first extended-stay on Grand Cayman and we picked a super condo to enjoy it. Justin and Heather have made sure everything we need is here. The condo is clean, updated and fully stocked. A few hours after we arrived, Justin called to make sure we got in OK and that everything was satisfactory. Who does that anymore??? The beautiful and iconic Seven Mile Beach is a one minute walk through the back of the property, and fetching a bus downtown or even walking to your destination is easy due to the central location. The beautiful Camana Bay complex is across the street, offering loads of shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and water sprays for the kids. The condo grounds are safe, clean and well-kept and the pool was beautiful too. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful condo right on 7 Mile
This is a beautiful unit right on 7 mile. You don't have ocean views in this complex but the beach is just a few steps away past the pool & you have a balcony on the front & back of the unit. Loved the hammock near the pool and you don't need a car if you stay here. We did rent a jeep but barely used it as you can walk to tons of restaurants and there is a foot path to Camana Bay, a nice shopping area with restaurants. A/C & wifi worked great & unit was well stocked and very clean. There are beach chairs & umbrellas for use at the beach & also ones you can take with you if you want to explore other areas. Cayman is a gorgeous island, can't wait to return soon!
