Las habitaciones bien, no hay front desk, hay que hacer el check in por a travez de un sitio web, que puede ser un tanto estresante si no se hace con tiempo.

Good place to stay. Everything clean. Great smell all over the lobby and stairs. Lots of place to eat nearby. Very comfortable. Felt like at home. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Just a great place. Could easily walk to all historic places. Always felt safe. Good food around in the area. 2 thumbs up.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights over NYE while we were in Sevilla. The location of the property was fantastic, with a 10 min walk to the Alcazar, Cathedral and any shopping. We liked exploring the neighborhood and streets and wandering around. The property itself was well-maintained and clean - the only complaint we have is that the first unit we were in on the bottom floor had a sewage smell coming from the bathroom (when the shower was used). But once we moved to a different floor, we did not have this. I'd say communication with the staff was excellent - very responsive throughout. overall, we had a great experience and liked staying at this place for our Sevilla portion of our trip.

Great apartment with super comfortable bed for a good night sleep. Close to all the sites. The staff were very helpful and we got our room early on the day of arrival and were able to store the luggage before departing in the evening. We had an amazing stay in Seville!

Wow! What can i say, a great apartment in a perfect location. Super clean and very comfortable, especially the bed. Very good communication, easily arranged pick ups and transfers. Anything you need. Feels like a home from home. We stayed in apartment 2 and it had a little outdoor courtyard.

A great apartment, a very high standard in a lovely converted old building. It was very clean, safe and peaceful. Excellent location: we were able to walk to all attractions and there are loads of tapas bars and restaurants nearby. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is a change for us and we really liked this location- close to the sites, grocers, restaurants, squares, cafes, bakeries, and very walkable everywhere. Our regret is that we took the studio apartment. With a 9 day stay our place had no window facing out of doors. Yes, it has a window- but this faces to a hallway, and an apartment , with filtered light from a 3rd story sky light. Perhaps it is fine for a 2 day visit but Seville has such life- it is great to be more connected to it. It was always a shock to step out in the morning to hear birds, feel the weather, and experience the buzz of the people. Surprisingly, not having a window to look out takes away from the travel destination and experience- lesson learned- To compensate we bought a flowering plant and a Bouquet of gerbaras- and added our own colour to the apartment. I must mention paying $$$ is part of the equation- The month that you choose to stay in these apartments will change the price of course .... I will say , not having any contact other then whatsapp with the owner appeals to some- they were politely prompt- but its so hands off . We still had fun, cooked daily, nice shower, good bed, housekerping came when requested,

Excellent location - beautifully appointed and sparkling clean. We appreciated the rooftop pool on hot Sevilla afternoons! Their customer service was responsive and timely. If driving, plan on paying to park a car nearby; about 20 Euros/day.

Wonderful apartments. Beautifully maintained. Great location. 10/12 mins walk to Cathedral/Alcazar. 25 mins to plaza de espana. 3 mins to setas de seville, 5 mins shopping area. Everything within easy walking distance. Restaurants everywhere! Great communication with hotel.

We stayed in the Superior apartment with city view and appreciated the doors/windows that opened to the street view for the light. Great sense of space with the high ceilings. Perfect accommodation for a longer stay, with kitchen area and separate bedroom. Would recommend!! Location great also.

Gracious Apartment in Fantastic Neighborhood
We had a wonderful stay, once we got through the check-in, which wasn't easy. The 2-story apartment is lovely--tho beware the staircase, which is surely a problem for many. The roof terrace is comfortable & inviting, despite the climb. The entire place is scrupulously clean, the kitchen is small but functional (a Nespresso machine!), and everything is quiet. Out front is an active, pretty park but the building stays quiet.
