Giusto livello
Si tratta di un hotel dalle caratteristiche internazionali, il personale parla bene inglese e gli standard sono adeguati. Le camere sono molto pulite, ampie e in ottimo stato. Non ho provato la colazione. Molto distante dal centro e dalle mete turistiche raggiungibili con la metro 11 cambiando poi sulla linea 2.

The AC was not working in the room and when we called the technician we were told that the hotel's air conditioning was under maintenance. Mosquito's and bed bugs kept me awake all night! I did report the experience to the property manager the next morning and was told that a refund will be provided.

Average, but staff speak hardly no English !!!
The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, the rooms were very nice and spacious however they did smell of smoke upon arrival despite them being non smoking rooms, the air con was also not great and we had to have a fan sent up. The thing that put us off the most was the lack of English the staff spoke in the hotel, the receptionists could hardly understand us, we called 4 times one day and were passed around, we also went to reception to ask about the air con and the receptionist just laughed at us as she couldn’t understand English, neither could the guy on concierge. the location isn’t great, we found it was all Chinese people in the area and we were the only westerners, therfor we were stared at a LOT by locals, apart from this it was an okish place to stay but they really do need to train more staff to speak English.

Won't book a Radisson again
I can only assume that Radisson is planning on selling this property in the very near future. Filthy bathroom, ragged bedsheets, and broken power outlets. After a long day of work, hoped to have a drink in their much advertised top-floor wine bar - it was closed, at 6pm. So, I went to the lobby bar. Sat at that 'bar' (the display case of which showed 3 cans of cola, 3 cans of tonic water, and 3 bottles of heineken) and waited for 10 minutes. Seemed the only point of the lobby bar was for people to eat their ordered takeout from the frequent food delivery scooters.

I have addressed all mentioned cleanliness issues to our House Keeping Manager for further investigation, and please allow me to share that maintenance work is continuously in place for rooms and other areas in the hotel. As for our Wine bar, operational hours start from 5 pm till midnight and it should be some mistake. It can not be closed because it is located on the hotel's top floor together with our Executive Club Lounge which operational hours start from 6:30am and from 5pm on a daily basis we serve Happy Hour for our Executive club guests there. Please accept my sincere apologies for not been able to enjoy the time after long working day at our Wine Bar with sweeping Shanghai city view. In our Lobby Lounge situated on the Level 1st guests also can enjoy the variety of drinks presented in our drinking list as coffee&tea, spirits, beers, whisky, wines. And the experience you described with service issue caused me concern. It does not represent the quality of service we strive at our hotel, and for that i sincerely apologize and would like to ensure the necessary steps are being taken to avoid such situation from happening again. Everyone was wonderful and extremely helpful. I would love to stay there again. The room was beautiful. I only had one issue and that was the smell in the room. The smell was a very stale cigarette odor. But overall it was a 4/5 stay.

Quite old hotel
The price is acceptable because the location. However, it is old hotel with old facility. The car parking located in B1 level and there is no access to Lobby with lift, which means the guest need hand luggage by hand from car park. Terrible ! And the room is smoking smell and old as well. Won't go back any more.

tired looking hotel
Not the standard you would expect of this chain hotel. It looked tired and is need of updating. It would be a great help if management trains the staff at the reception to have some command of English, some basic language skills. The staff tried communicating via siri , but is not always easy. In a way you feel sorry for staff who wants to help but language barrier stops them from doing so. The breakfast had adequate varieties for all tastes, but once something finishes refills were not carried out without guests requesting, this should be standard and refills should be automatic. The best thing for breakfast was egg station where chefs could speak English especially the indian chef who made lovely omelettes according to your requirements. The location of the hotel was good as the metro station was a few minutes walk so getting around was easy. There is a mall by the name of carefor within walking distance.

anything but a 5 star hotel.
It was a non smoking hotel but it smelt like smoke everywhere. The room ac didn’t work and we were super hot. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned super well. And the hotel staff wasn’t friendly or very helpful at all when we brought the smoke etc to their attention.

Very Disappointing
The carpet and the sofa have stains on them. The glass desk is dirty. I can't believe this is a five star hotel. I have been in hotels that have lower stars but are in better condition.

Deficiente limpieza de la habitación y baño. Habitación con olor a cigarro, tuve que cambiarme 2 veces. Poca disponibiiidad de menú Room Service, cada vez que pedí algo, me indican que se acabó.

Booked 3 rooms, and they are quite old, except the bathrooms were renovated. Poor lighting in the room as well. We ordered white wine at the lobby lounge, and it came in a "whiskey glass" and instead of offering nuts the waitress bought us cookies to go with our white wines? ....

Ok but not great
Nice on the outside, and in lobby, hallways and main rooms but not very well kept in the actual rooms. Lots of mold in the showers, soot around vents, uncleaned areas. Poor waterflow in showers. They seem to hilite the main areas but ignore the other areas and over time this really shows. Light fixtures not lit or even falling out of ceilings, paint peeling off in bathrooms, drapes not hanging well, walls marked and uncleaned, carpets stained, smoking in rooms and on floors where they are supposed to be Not Smoking

상해시 외곽의 새로이 조성된 구역이라 중심지로의 교통은 좀 불편하지만....주변의 먹거리가 풍부하다. 비교적 관리도 잘되고 깨끗하다는 인상을 받았다.

This was the first time I stayed here, and I booked on a really great deal on Hotels.com. The metro access was described as convenient, and maybe I misunderstood because from PVG airport, took me 1hr 50min and 2 transfers to get there. The hotel was in good condition, and the staff helpful but English limited. I didn't mind. Their English is better than my Mandarin! One thing that really pleased me is that although I arrived very late (about 10:30pm), the restaurant was still open and I had a really great and inexpensive dinner. I was the only person in the restaurant! (normally hotels will close their restaurants earlier). Unfortunately, one thing that really displeased me was the lack of air conditioning. It was a sweltering, humid night and as I walked down the halls to my room, the windows were open and fans were blowing around all the hot, humid air. My room had a thermostat, which was essentially just for show. Upon entering, my room felt just like the hallway, and although I set to 15C, the room remained that way all night. The fan was blowing, but no cold air. I had a terrible night's sleep after flying 14hrs from the USA plusthe aforementioned almost 2 hrs by metro. I am very hesitant to give this hotel another try. To me, all I need is A/C, a good shower, and a reasonable bed and I am satisfied. For an int'l hotel chain, I was really surprised and disappointed to have that kind of experience.

Close the Shanghai West station and Metro.
Enjoyed immensely my stay here a luxury hotel 5 mind from the station and metro . Minor problem on booking in soon solved, room very good with a bath and a separate shower, staff happy and talkative.

新幹線で移動する場合で上海西駅に止まる新幹線利用であれば最適。ホテル近くに大型スーパーあり。何でも揃います。町中では無いけど価格とホテルレベルでとても満足です。
