Tratto di mare stupendo con accesso diretto a mare dalla spiaggia senza piattaforma vicinissimo al Farsha x sorseggiare un drink la sera....cucina internazionale un po' troppo speziata specie al ristorante centrale meglio l'altro infondo ai residence ....buoni anche gli snack al bar della piscina....ottimo rapporto qualita/prezzo

Il resort è bellissimo e si mangia molto bene. La barriera corallina di fronte la struttura è meravigliosa. Il personale gentilissimo, in particolare Salah che ogni mattina veniva a pulire in maniera impeccabile la stanza. Esperienza da rifare nel loro resort, la consiglio a tutti

Torno a Sharm dopo qualche anno e scelgo questo resort che mi attira per il comodo accesso in mare dalla spiaggia. Mai scelta fu più azzeccata. Resort meraviglioso, piscine top, pulizia eccellente, staff sempre sorridente e pronto ad aiutarti, suite ristrutturate di recente, viali e giardini molto curati. Campo da tennis, spa, Jacuzzi vista mare, 5 piscine di cui 2 piacevolmente riscaldate, ampi spazi per prendere il sole. Spiaggia raggiungibile in pochi minuti - sembra lontana ma non lo è affatto anche per chi è pigra come me - il mare cristallino e pieno di pesci vi farà innamorare. Il cibo supera la media, c’è molto della cucina tipica da scoprire e assaggiare. Chi ha nostalgia di casa, di pizza e panini, può scegliere il bar in piscina per un lunch veloce. Un plauso a Carlotta, punto di riferimento in reception per gli italiani e non solo. Cortese, sempre sorridente e prodiga di informazioni. Tutti la adorano! Grazie a Tawlek, che ci accoglieva ogni mattina in piscina ed era sempre attento e vigile sulla sicurezza degli ospiti. Grazie a Mahmoud che si è preso cura di noi e della nostra suite con dedizione! Grazie Jaz, ci vediamo prestissimo! PS. Il WI-FI in camera non vi mancherà ma se proprio vi serve acquistate una sim card egiziana e via!

Tutto sommato un ottima esperienza. Pregi Accuratezza in molte cose Cercano di fare del loro meglio Difetti Pulizia e manutenzione negli orari sbagliati es. Tagliaerba alle 15 quando uno potrebbe voler riposare. Pulizia strada per la spiaggia con idrante alle 10 di mattina. disinfestazione zanzare alle 19 Stanze standard non da 5*, molto piccole sistema elettrico minimale Palestra da migliorare alcuni attrezzi non funzionano bene Wifi da migliorare, ho dovuto comprare una SIM egiziana Zanzare Animazione minimale

Posizione eccellente per lo snorkeling, mare meraviglioso sia a destra che sinistra uscendo in barriera; purtroppo nessun servizio ed info agli ospiti italiani, veramente pochi, anche la cucina prettamente per turisti dell'est....forse sarà stato per il periodo di Ramadan, ma lo staff era molto provato e stanco ...... Un sentito grazie a Sergio autista dell'hotel e a Saoumia unica ragazza relazioni clienti italiani, veramente gentili 😍😘

Staff eccellente
Dopo qualche piccolo disagio (aria condizionata non funzionante e cibo non di nostro gradimento), si sono azionati per risolvere le problematiche in maniera gentile e rapida. Il manager del ristorante/mensa, sig Mohammed, ci ha fatto un servizio speciale curando da quel giorno ogni lamentela che avevamo e ci ha trattato con i guanti bianchi. Inoltre abbiamo conosciuto L’executive chef Mohammed Abo Elmahasen, che è stato gentilissimo ad ascoltare le nostre lamentele e ha cucinato per noi dei piatti personalizzati. In conclusione ottima struttura, un po’ datata in alcuni punti ma ottimo personale, gentile e attento, ottima animazione con attività in ogni orario. Bellissima spiaggia con coralli e pesci a profusione. Se vi piace la formula All inclusive la consiglio vivamente

Struttura stupenda, accogliente con personale gentile e disponibile. Unico punto negativo è che il villaggio vicino ha la discoteca serale proprio vicino agli alloggi delle famiglie, quindi ogni sera fino alle 23 c'è parecchio rumore.

Note positive: mare cristallino, barriera corallina facilmente raggiungibile a nuoto. Spazi comuni e giardini molto curati, ristorante La Gazzella buono e tranquillo. Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana. Struttura bella, si viene accolta bene, con un omaggio di spremuta oppure succo di frutta. Per chi ha bambini, c'è un mini club e baby dance alla sera. Durante la giornata team di animazione organizza delle attività, ogni sera uno spettacolo diverso. C'è un ristorante italiano. Altrimenti diversi punti di ristoro, cibo purtroppo non è il massimo. Personale sorridente. Tutto sommato, siamo stati molto bene.

Thank you for choosing Jaz Fanara Resort & Residence to spend your holiday, and we would like to thank you for your feedback, as the feedback of each guest is taken seriously and taken into our account.First of all We would like to apologize that we didn’t meet with your expectations, but we can assure you that we are serving hundreds of guests daily from different nationalities around the world and we gain their trust and appreciation in all occasions in terms of the food, the service standard and quality, regardless of their nationality as all guests receive the same service and we offer all the hotels guests the same priority of Service.We would like to highlight to you that we are very flexible regarding the guests checked in time into the rooms at the arrival day once we have the availability, as some times due to the high occupancy and the availability of the booked room type, we wouldn’t be able to check in the guest earlier than 14:00 (as per check in time standard which is published on online platforms ) at the arrival date.We wouldn’t spare any effort to check in you earlier if the room was available , but as we can see from the system you have received the room before 14:00.We knew that you were seeking a sea view room from the beginning but due to your booked room type which it was superior Garden view we couldn’t meet with your request for sea view room as its against charge, and all the details regarding the hotel room types are clearly published online with photos, once we received your request about changing the room to room at a higher floor , we explained to your good self that the requested rooms location are a superior sea view room, and we asked your good self that you can change the reservation of the room type with the Expedia or upgrading the room through the hotel against charge.Our whole team is extremely committed to delivering the perfect holiday experience for every guest and welcome any suggestions for improving and developing our service as we always strive to ensure the complete satisfaction of our guests. Ottima struttura ,ben tenuta con personale gentile , simpatici gli animatori, bella la spiaggia ed il mare cucina passabile per gli standard egiziani , miniclub da migliorare e totalmente inaffidabile ho lasciato mia figlia di 6 anni convinto che l' avrebbero guardata ed invece me la sono ritrovata in giro per il villaggio da sola tanto ch'è caduta per la strada che porta in spiaggia e s'è sbucciata un ginocchio fortunatamente nulla di grave medicata dal bagnino in spiaggia .Tutto sommato da consigliare

Bello, ma NON da ripetersi.
Bel Resort, ottima pulizia in generale, una cucina discreta (oltre la media di Sharm ), contenuto nelle dimensioni, unica pecca, troppo lontano dalla spiaggia (una discesa con dislivello di oltre 30 mt.). Per quanto riguarda l'intrattenimento, come in tutti i resort di Sharm (a me personalmente non interessa l'animazione), comunque una discreta e non invadente compagnia. MOLTA Attenzione durante la scelta della camera, di non prendere una standard, altrimenti vi sbattono in una camera del Residence, che si trova alle spalle del Resort a centinaia di mt. dal corpo centrale, dalla piscina e dalla discesa x la spiaggia. Io ho dovuto fare un Upgrade in loco per poter avere una stanza nel corpo centrale ( quello vi mostrano in foto, con vista delle piscina rettangolare). Tutto sommato, NON merita una seconda visita. ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE, nonostante l'impegno del personale. ( forse sono io che sono abituato ad altri standard...)

Struttura fantastica da consigliare a chiunque! Personale super professionale e disponibile. Bellissimo il contesto in cui sorge questo resort molto grande e con accesso ad una spiaggia privata in uno dei punti di mare migliori di Sharm. Formula all inclusive poi che adeguata e il cibo devo dire soddisfacente anche per bambini avendo viaggiato io con 2. Straconsigliata in tutto.

Questo resort è stata una gran bella sorpresa,ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista,conoscevamo la fantastica spiaggia per vacanze precedenti in una struttura vicina,personale sempre disponibile e ottima la pulizia.
