Le camere sono un po’ vecchie,la mia tv non funzionava e anche al doccia aveva problemi. Per il resto il personale è gentile,un po’ invadente ma gentile. Non ci sono molte attività da fare in hotel e non offre la navetta gratuita per andare a Naama bay o a old city.

Unfortunately I had to change my plans, I wanted to stay longer than 2 or 3 days but what is personal forced me to leave the hotel earlier, too bad It's a nice place.

HOTEL SCONSIGLIATO IN OGNI CASO
l'HOTEL SI TROVA A 3 KM DAL MARE. QUESTO NON è SCRITTO DA NESSUNA PARTE. QUINDI NON SI è INDIPENDENTI, BISOGNA MUOVERSI CON LA NAVETTA DELL'HOTEL. MA LA NAVETTA è PICCOLISSIMA E C'è SOLO OGNI ORA, DALLE 8 ALLE 17 (ULTIMA PER RIENTRO IN HOTEL). I TAXI COSTANO MOLTISSIMO E L'HOTEL è IN MEZZO AL DESERTO, SU UNA STRADA TIPO AUTOSTRADA, DOVE NON SI PUò CERTO ANDARE A PIEDI E COMUNQUE NON è NEANCHE ILLUMINATA. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO. IL RISTORANTE. Ottimo per chi cerca relax
A primo impatto sembravamo finiti in mezzo al nulla, ancora più accentuato dal nostro arrivo in tarda serata. Poi piano piano abbiamo scoperto un Hotel molto confortevole, personale sempre gentile, simpatico e disponibile ad esaudire ogni richiesta, insomma una settimana passata in pieno relax. Per quanto riguarda la spaggia ed il mare, Sol y Mar si appoggia al Jaz Belvedere (credo che siano della stessa catena visto i simboli e tante cose in comune) che dista a soli 5 minuti di navetta fornita gratis dallo stesso hotel con l'unica pecca degli orari, ma alla fine posso dire che non c'è stata cosa migliore....In fondo anche in vacanza si devono prefissare degli impegni altrimenti si rischia l'ozio. Lo consiglio a tutte quelle persone che vogliono trascorrere una semplice settimana di relax, con la possibilità di poter raggiungere qualsiasi altro luogo di svago e/o turistico in pochissimi minuti. Inoltre è quasi attaccato all'aeroporto. Io personalmente ne sono rimasto soddisfatto.

Jaz Shark Bay Hotel is een goed hotel. Eén minpunt is de ligging. Er is om het hotel niets te doen. Wil je wat pak een taxi, kan via het hotel. Er is een gratis Shuttlebus naar het strand, die gaat ieder uur. Plus minus 12 minuten. Goed zwembad. Restaurant is ok, zoals we gewend zijn elke dag veel basis gerechten. Met wel wat afwisseling. Alleen het brood kan beter. Voor de rest ok.

Jaz sharks bay was a great hotel really nice food and facilities and wonderful staff.The only negative was that there are no guest lifts so if you have mobility issues it could be worth considering somewhere else. But for me I loved it

Good customer service, nice and clean pool, nice gardens and that's all positives. Bad food, music very monotonous and too loud. We booked this hotel to have a relaxing holiday but the music was disturbing. Rooms weren't clean enough and the bathroom stank. We couldn't eat in the hotel anymore (we booked all inc) after two days (we spent a week there) as we felt unwell. We had to eat out.

The hotel is good, service and staff also good but there is a big problem we face with it that hotel location appears on Hotels.com Website looks it`s front beach but actually it is so far from beach. because of that We forced to amend our reservation from 4 nights to 1 night without any compensation from any side and we loss our trip and back home early. so thanks for both (Hotels.com and property)

Great Vacation
comfy & cozy hotel, tasty & delicious food, very fast check in & out, very polit, professional & friendly stuff, the rooms were a little bit outdated and needs renovations but still comfy, Taxi services is extremely expensive at the hotel, I'm not recommending it to anyone, just go out of the hotel and take a taxi by your own. the beach was far away, from the hotel but there was a free shuttle bus, during the day, so it was no problem, overall, it was a great family vacation, we had a lot of fun

the staff is very helpful and friendly, the food taste is delicious and good quality though not lot of varieties, the only concern is that the beach is far from the hotel. other than that, everything was amazing and will definitely come again.

I would not recommend this property, it wasn’t a good experience or what I expected. Even though the Hotel was practically empty or perhaps because of it, the staff was slow and not very efficient often looking confused and disinterested. Language was a problem. The food was well below standard, nothing fresh or any healthy options. The pool was very clean, the animation staff was excellent. Housekeeping excellent. I guess you get what you pay for. But I would try somewhere else next time.

Friendly and knowledgeable receptionists. They assisted and made nites on my requests. The playlist included western music which made e feel welcomed. The food on the bufet line was delicious.

Ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel (Preis Leistung aber TOP!), 15 Minuten mit Bus vom Meer entfernt. Ich hatte sehr viel Spass; Sehr gut für Eltern mit Baby oder so. Nichts für Kinder über 2 Jahre (Strand zu weit weg und so) Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht es jedem recht zu machen und das nicht nur aus finanziellen Gründen! Sehr gut um am Tag zu relaxen und abends ordentlich Party zu machen (Immer wo anders)!
