“Warning to anyone with a service animal, know your rights under the Americans with disabilities act. I was told I have to let them know I have a service dog BEFORE arriving.(THAT IS FALSE! ) She told me I must have a certification card that shows my service dog is trained and registered. (THAT IS COMPLETELY FALSE!) The Americans with disabilities act says that a hotel\motel can NOT ask for ANY certification of any kind. “This was such a great place. Cozy and clean. Great staff. We had a double room with kitchen which was great for all 6 of us. We cooked and we weren't cramped. We really had a great stay. ”
