毎日丁寧に清掃してくれて、清潔でよかったです。何よりも立地が最高でした。中心地に徒歩で簡単に行けます。ベッドにクーラーの風が直撃するのがどうしようも出来ず、それだけが残念でした。

Disappointed
We let the hotel know that we would be arriving early at 9:00am and the response was positive. However, when we arrived at 10:00am the receptionist told us it would be an additional $15 to check in early while also saying our room was ready. I will also add here that in our 3 night stay we only saw 1 other guest so it wasn’t a matter of the place being fully booked. It was a ghost hotel. We declined to pay the $15 and they allowed us to go to our room at 12:00. The elevator was “under maintenance” during the day but operational at around 10:00pm at night. I suppose as a way to save electricity. The rooms were clean, but the bath water was clearly brown against the white tub. Also, the room did not have cable television. We were told it was only good for YouTube. I understand tourism is down, but also don’t reopen if you can’t provide the same kind of experience that you used to, otherwise you get honest reviews like this. Overall it was a disappointment.

Property was in a great location! Doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the actual rooms are exactly what it says on the tin! Rooms are very spacious and clean - exactly what we wanted. Hotel staff are super lovely, friendly and helpful! The lady that checked us in helped us find a bus to book on the day we wanted to leave to go to Phnom Penh and also arranged a tuk tuk for us using her PassApp so we get a good price. We had also privately arranged a sunrise tour to Angkor Wat and had requested the hotel give us a morning wake up call. Despite it being a wake up call at 3am - they happily obliged. Cannot recommend the hotel enough particularly due to the helpful staff. Thank you so much! We had a lovely stay :)

เป็นที่พักที่เงียบ สงบ สะอาด เดินไป Pub Street ได้ไม่ไกลมาก ใกล้ ๆ ที่พัก หาที่ทานอาหารเย็นได้ไม่ยาก มี minimart อยู่ไม่ไกลมาก ในช่วงที่พักอยู่ 3 คืน 4 วัน โรงแรมเปิด lift ให้ใช้ในวันเข้าพัก และวัน check out เพื่อประหยัดไฟ พนักงานตั้งใจให้บริการแต่ไม่สามารถตอบคำถามเรื่อง ร้านอาหารอร่อย อยู่ที่ไหน ไปอย่างไร หลาย ๆ คำถามพอตอบไม่ได้ ก็จะอ้างว่าเป็นพนักงานใหม่ แต่โดยรวมถือว่าคุ้มค่า ห้องกว้างขวาง และ สะอาด แต่มีอยู่ 1 วัน ที่ไม่เก็บขยะออกไปทิ้งให้ เราต้องเก็บออกมาทิ้งเอง

Lovely hotel in perfect location
This hotel was very lovely. It was small but had just what we needed. Pool was very refreshing especially after Angkor Wat Tour. Staffs were very friendly and helpful, they also helped us ordered tuktuk to go to the Angkor Wat Ticket Office. There was no restaurant in the hotel but many within walking distance.

The staff at Angkor Aurora were simply wonderful! We arrived very early on. Night bus and our room was not available until later in the day. Staff stowed our bags so we could explore and then offered the pool as a respite until the room was available. It was perfect! The beds were very comfortable and so were the nice bathrobes. The only disappointment was that there was no cafe as noted, and no access to ice. We found a cooler at the market and bought ice each day. This worked fine, but an ice machine on site would have made a nice difference. I suspect that as tourism increases again the cafe will open and these small issues solved. We found the location easy to walk for both breakfast coffee and Pub Street at night. Thanks for a great stay in Siem Reap!

We liked this hotel and the pool. The dining room as small but the food for breakfast was good, we also ate dinner there and the food was good (a bit pricey). The location is quiet with a couple restaurants and corner stores near by. The bathroom was clean and had nice shower heads (3 different ones).

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel LE GRAND ELYSÉE Pour plus de confort nous avions pris la chambre la plus grande la chambre est confortable , l’accès au minibar illimité , la literie est un peu dure a mon gout . le seul point négatif est l'isolation phonique par rapport a la rue (très faible pour ne pas dire inexistante ) mais tout cela a quand mème été balayé par la gentillesse et l'attention de tout les instants du personnel Niveau restauration le petit dej est copieux sans etre gargantuesque , les cocktail sont bon et la carte du restaurant est tres complete (nourriture d'un bon niveau Malgres quelques points negatif je recommande cet etablissement

Amazing gem of an hotel - couldn’t have been made more welcome by the staff especially the girls on Reception who couldn’t do enough for us. Clean and tidy room with a lovely small pool area to pop to after exploring Angkor Wat - loved it 😀

A memorable stay!
We had a lovely time at the grand elysee hotel. Extremely welcoming and personal. Airport pick up from Siem reap was easy to arrange over email and they prepared a breakfast pack for us the next day for our sunrise tour. They have a tuktuk driver ready to go whenever we fancied popping into town (5min). Should be about $2 to The famous pub street. Getting back you just show any tuktuk driver the address. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully modern. With the fan and air con it was easy to keep cool. The shower was nice and hot after a minute and had plenty of power. Beds were nice, firm and large. Giant pillows! Tv a little small. Swimming pool was fine for paddling but sunbathing a little limited as few loungers and not much direct sunshine. Had a full body oil massage at the hotel, A little pricier than outside but convenient after a full day of sightseeing. Masseuse was good in my opinion! Food and service at the restaurant is good. Good selection of Cambodian and western meals (fish amok recommended!) prices are on par with pub street restaurants. You can definitely get cheaper but not with this atmosphere or piece of mind. Breakfast was nice but limited. Only a few selections of warm dishes and pastries. The made to order noodle soup was excellent however. Overall I would say Grand Elysee is a wonderful small 5 star hotel with great service and stylish rooms. Would recommend at this price.

호텔 이름이 헷갈려요
엘리제 라 레지던스 인줄알았는데 앙코르 오로라여서 당황했습니다. 그리고 수리중이어서 라레지던스에서 숙박하게 됬는데 모기가 많아서 아이들이 힘들어 했습니다. 시설과 친절은 훌륭했지만 그 두가지가 아쉽습니다

Great hotel with home atmosphere
I really appreciate the people working in that hotel, very friendly, helpful and competent. The hotel is in a good condition and the deco is stylish. There is a swimming pool right in front of my room! Hotel also has free airport pickup service and is happy to help you organizing any trips. I will for sure stay here when I visit Siem Reap again!
