They help us to improve our offer. The external lights are there a.o. for security reasons. The parking is in fact at approx. 50 m from the holiday home. It is true that there is no tumble dryer and there is none given in the offer. Normally our guests can only expect in the holiday home what is given in the offer. A tumble dryer is a household appliance which you cannot find in all Italian households. However, we can understand that in your country you have other habits and maybe we could evaluate the supply of one in future seasons. We would be happy to host you again in the future.

We are very sad about your impressions. As given in the house description, this holiday home is a portion of an old restored farmhouse. It has been restored preserving all the typical structure of the building, such as wood beams, brick arches, stone walls. The house has been belonging to the houseowner’s family for many generations and it has been equipped with much attention to details, such as lovingly restored pieces of furniture of the nineteenth century combined with modern comfort, new doors with magnetic closure, new and modern faucets in the bathroooms. This is exactly what most of the guests choosing this holiday home appreciate, they can feel the soul of this dwelling that reflects the home owner’s love and taste. As given in the offer, this holiday home extends over 2 floors. There is just a toilet on the ground floor and 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor, one of which with shower and the other with a bath tub, as also shown in the pictures (it is difficult to find in Italy a bath tub with curtains). Of course a bath tub is mainly meant to be used as what it is, a bath tub. There is no mention of ensuite bathrooms in our offer. There are plenty of dishes and cutlery in this holiday home and, if really something should be missed, the guest can simply ask and the home owner always tries to satisfy his request. Whenever you ask for information such as supermarkets, restaurants or sites to visit, you'll receive all necessary information. Wifi is available in the holiday home in order to enable the guests to do all their own researches, to find places and activities they are interested in. There is much to do in this lovely place and there is something for every taste and possibility, not only a beautiful view to enjoy which of course is simply gorgeous.
