Comodo e silenzioso
Personale alla reception molto gentile ed efficiente. Mi hanno fatto un upgrade della camera subito al mio arrivo; e alla mia richiesta di cambiare i soldi mi hanno suggerito di andare da qualche cambiavalute all'esterno che praticano cambi più favorevoli. L'hotel è vicino a una bella zona di ristorantini sul fiume, ma lontano dalla confusione di Clarke Quay. L'unica "pecca" è che non c'è l'MRT vicino, ma solo degli autobus (ma a quanto ho visto stanno estendendo la rete dell'MRT e fra pochi anni ci sarà anche una fermata vicina). Certo non e' a buon mercato, ma per un 4 stelle in buona posizione in una città generalmente cara come Singapore non ci si puo' nemmeno lamentare.

初投稿です。 2023年7月  エグゼクティブフロアを利用しました。 コロナ禍前も利用したことがあり、サービス内容が異なる点が多かった!悪化が結論です。 まずチェックイン時の各ステイ内容の説明がなく、ラウンジ特典を使い損ねない宿泊になりました。昔より劣化もしておりカビ臭い点も含め不満なステイとなり残念です。 ↓↓↓↓↓ ⚫︎フリーフロー、ラウンジドアが開かず3回伝えてる。結果カードの登録ミス(再登録もミス) ⚫︎冷蔵庫のフリードリンク補充不足 ⚫︎バータイムの利用と朝食がラウンジから変わっているが説明なし ⚫︎上記電話で2回以上伝えてやっと反応 ⚫︎チェックアウト後の荷物管理がずさん→誰でも持って行ける状況 ⚫︎部屋がややカビ臭い そしてこの宿泊予約時の宿泊詳細、そもそもエクスペディア情報が少なすぎた事も問題の一つかと思います。 決して安くはない宿泊かと思いますので、こちらみなさんの参考になればと思います。

Had to change room as original room booked not available - breakfast offered as compensation which was appreciated. Shampoo and soap empty and reported this after having a shower. Staff not very welcoming. Hotel in great location offset all this.

The Good - Room was a decent size with firm bed and comfy chaise - Though slightly older, the room was generally in pretty good condition - Staff are very friendly & professional - Room had a cute porch - Room has decent sound suppression The Bad - Lobby has a powerful car-freshener-like scent about it. Need to get rid of whatever is causing that smell. Same smell also went into elevators. Thankfully the room levels had fresh air. - Safe was large, but not actually bolted to the wall.
