“La struttura pur non decentrata non è esattamente in una zona comoda. Non v'è alcun appunto da muovere se non l'estrema cortesia e attenzione da parte di ognuno dei dipendenti. Ho trovato il portare un po' di frutta, un gesto semplice ma squisito. Unico appunto è l'estrema rumorosità dell'impianto di condizionamento.”

“We’re familiar with Singapore so an aparthotel slightly off the main drag worked for us. Easy to walk to the subway or bus stop, plus Fraser Suites offers a shuttle service. Efficient well-stocked kitchen for meals in. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Separate desk from the kitchen table kept work stuff away from food prep. Tub and shower, plenty of bathroom space to share. Quiet. Loved the walk along Alexandra Canal to Clarke Quay. Saw otters in the canal!”

“The staff was generally helpful and friendly and did the best they could. However, the breakfast situation was woeful... Hotels.com itinerary and listing clearly listed that Daily Breakfast is offered (it still does today). They failed to mention that breakfast is not offered on Saturday, Sundays or Public Holidays. “We had a great family vacation (2 adults and 3 teenagers) staying at Village Residence Robertson Quay for one week. Everything very clean and comfortable and very close to metro (MRT) stations. Kitchenette with pots/appliances and also had washer/dryer. Pool great and breakfast very reliable. Five stars. ”

“My initial booking was a studio executive. Upon arrival when showed the room it did not come across exactly as described. The window given in the room did not have any view. It was staring straight out to a blind as it has to block people staring straight into your room. Why call it a window if it stares into a blind.
