It was spacious and clean. The water pressure in the showers is a problem. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Will stay there again.

My review is not necessarily for the property as it is expedia. I paid extra for pool side room and never received one. And was unable to get any money off for not having one.

The breakfast stations were kept full which was a pleasant surprise, the parking was limited, the hot water was also limited.

By far the best motel that my family and I have ever stayed in! The rooms were great and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. And finally the pool/waterpark was spectacular! My family and I will definitely be staying there again!

What I didn't like was that I paid for a poolside room and was given poolside to an outdoor pool during the winter. Specify on the website what type of poolside room you are advertising. Is it poolside to the waterpark or the non useable outdoor pool.

The property did not have the arcade and sauna as advertised on Expedia, we were really hoping to enjoy those features for our date night out and we were disappointed to find they were no longer included.

Pull out couch was unusable and we had 4 people with a king size bed. When someone books a room with 2 areas for 4 people to sleep, we expect it to be usable. The bottom was broken and laying on the floor. Kids ran up and down the hallway all night, knocking on peoples doors. Staff did not answer the phone for complaint. Skylight in the pool was broken and about to fall down because of the wind. We told 2 maintenance people and they said they were aware, but it was a dangerous situation and was not taken care of. Next morning, same window was caved in because of heavy ice. Pool should not have been open or at least the area blocked off just in case it fell into the building. Brooke was very helpful at check-in.

Austin is the real MVP!
Austin made my stay extra memorable. When I booked, I accidentally booked the wrong date. I called the hotel and Austin made it absolutely NO PROBLEM to get it switched around.

We picked this hotel because it had a great swimming pool/water park for little kids and older.The rooms were roomy,quiet and was conveniently placed near the water park on the floor I requested for. Breakfast was good and staff was always there to help. The Water park made our stay a very happy one for our kids.The price was very competitive on top of that.

The staff working the bar and grill were very nice. One of the women working at the front desk wasn't rude, but not really friendly either. Our room didn't have a door hanger for room service or not. We stayed 2 days and never got fresh towels. Our room didn't have wash cloths. The shower in our room had toe nail clippings in it when we arrived. The pool was very cold and the area around the pool could be cleaner. Overall the building looked tidy, but felt like it needed a good deep cleaning. It's a big building and we kept running into people in the hallways that were lost so signage could be better.

More of an Industrial area. The room was s little dirty and dated. Had a strange smell. The pool area was great as was the breakfast and breakfast area. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

This place is a maze! It was so difficult to find your way around, we were getting so frustrated. The building is dated, lots of space that hasn’t been used in some time. Kids enjoyed the water park. It was clean in the room and water park, decor is very dated. You’ll get your steps in trying to navigate this place!

This hotel was truly a gem. It shouldn’t be so hard to do things well, but it is rare to see it done well and this hotel had it down, in every way. We would return in a heartbeat.

This hotel was a favorite for my kids. The water park/pool area was amazing. The restaurant was also great. Highly recommend for convenience too. We were only in town one night and this location was convenient to everything.

Dirty hotel, staff couldn’t be bothered. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Frontdesk told us that that was the new post COVID policy. We asked for clean towels. When we returned after dinner the towels were in the hallway in front of our door, just thrown on the dirty carpet. Coffeemaker at the entrance did not work for almost a day because it needed cleaning. At a certain point we asked the frontdesk. She replied that she would clean it in 10 minutes. Right. It took until the next day. Overall it was an experience unworthy of Best Western. Hotel needs a thorough cleaning and a very different mentality from the people that are employed there.

Very clean!
We arrived to an immaculate room, not a speck of dust to be seen. The kids absolutely loved the pools, inside and out. We’ve been to others similar in Sioux Falls and this one was hands down better! Hot breakfast was good, parking lot was convenient and plenty, loved that there was a fridge and microwave in room! We will 1000% stay here again!
