The Zen Den - 3BR - Sleeps 8

My Vacay Stays presents the Zen Den which combines modern and relaxing finishes in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything you need! You won't find a more relaxing place than the living room featuring a beautiful fireplace and private patio area.

This is the perfect home for multiple travelers or a large family including 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

MORE ABOUT THE SPACE:

BEDROOM 1: The primary suite is huge and includes 1 pillow top King bed and 1 one full sized bed with still plenty of space to spread out. Provides a full sized bathroom with dual vanity sinks, smart TV, and room darkening shades. Located upstairs.

BEDROOM 2: 1 memory foam queen sized bed, television, closet, and room darkening shades. Located upstairs.

BEDROOM 3: 1 queen sized bed, closet, and room darkening shades. Located upstairs.

BATHROOMS: 1 full bath with dual vanity in primary suite. 1 full sized bathroom upstairs and a half bath in lower level right off the living room.

KITCHEN: fully stocked with utensils and coffee bar. Breakfast bar seating for 3 and table for 6.

LIVING ROOM: Includes a fireplace, smart TV, designated work space, children books and toys, and access to outdoor patio.

PATIO: There is a private patio right off the living area which includes seating, lights, and a grill included during the summer months.

PARKING: 1 garage space and 1 designated parking spot to the side of the condo. Additional street parking if needed.
*Please note - the garage is 14x24 so may NOT fit a truck or large SUV.

Way better than a hotel
What I like about VRBO's is that everybody gets to stay together in the same house. When we use hotels, there isn't any camaraderie. This place was great all the bedrooms are separate from the common space. If somebody wanted to go to bed, they could and not be bothered by the others. Can't wait to do it again.

Family get together
The house was a great spot for our family to get together. We have a new granddaughter and Sioux Falls, SD is halfway for us and our daughter’s family to meet. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for all of us. The parking was a bit tricky but snow might have played a factor in that.

A comfortable stay
We stayed a weekend with my adult child, parents, and spouse. Plenty of space for five adults. We were visiting a college student in town and shared a meal together and the kitchen space fit us all. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean and comfortable
The place was super clean and it’s location was so central and close to everything we needed. It is a very comfortable duplex. The only complaint we had is that it lacked a lot of basic items especially in the kitchen. We didn’t have a pitcher, a blender or mixer, a good pair of scissors (had kiddie one), oven proof Pyrex items… in general, items needed to qualify as a well-stocked VRBO. Oh, no iron either so we had to get one as we were attending a wedding and clothes needed ironing. There were 8 of us and staying for a week so had to go out to buy certain items to make do. We had a great time and would choose this property again but would highly recommend it be better stocked to make the stay feel like home.

Perfect for our family of 6!
Comfortable space for our family! Bedrooms were a great fit for our kids ages 3-14, and wonderful space to spread out. Three bathrooms is always nice!

Nice place
Everything was great, the only reason we gave it 4 stars for the overall rating was the parking. The garage was very small. The amount of area to turn into the garage is very narrow, requiring backing up and pulling forward several times. Street parking isn't desirable. The master bedroom door would not close easily. Possibly due to new carpet. It needs to be cut off to clear the carpet. Beds were good, condo was quiet.
