not 5 stars
The Hotel has god and bad points. It is new and nice, but cold. It is close to the metro, but there is nothing around it (no shops, bar, restaurant) The swimming pool is nice but to crowed (is open to also to people who are not hotel costumers) Breakfast is good, but the restaurant is too expensive, and there are mistakes with the prices in euros Some receptionists speak excellent English, but they stress too much their accent and speak too fast: if you are talking with a mother tongue, it just creates problems.

Tranquilli fuori dalle problematiche del centro
Perfetto ed economico nei fine settimana in un quartiere nuovo composto da un numero infinito di uffici in un contesto molto. ben conservato.Pochi minuti dal centro con un servizio metro vicino molto efficiente.

A relaxing comfortable hotel
Overall, the hotel is very good. The rooms are comfortable with a good view of the Vitosha mountain covered with snow during winter. The rooms have a window that can be opened, a tea-coffee maker, a safe, an iron, comfortable beds, a good flat-creen TV, a good bathroom with a tub and a shower cubicle as well. The breakfast was good with eggs cooked daily by a chef as per your request. The location is excellent, very close to the metro station, from where you can reach any part of the city in a short time. The best attraction of the hotel is its excellent SPA with a fabulous pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The staff were always ready to provide all assistance for various requests that I had made. A good hotel to have a relaxing stay.

Good 4 stars business hotel
Good 4 stars business hotel, overpriced for the weekend. The TV screen is smaller than on standard laptop, i really can't understand that.

Regarding your comment related to the TVs, we are glad to inform you that we will be upgrading our guest room televisions to larger flat screens during the course of 2016. Posizione un pò isolata ma comodissimo per raggiungere l'aeroporto. L'hotel è nuovissimo, molto ben tenuto e curato, dotato di moltissimi confort. Eccellente il personale.

Overall good, but should focus on details
Over all the stay was good. But the details wasn't at five star level. We had roomservice and there was no cutlery. In the spa we did receive ropes after asking (even though we stayed in a suite). We asked the front desk to call a taxi, but he replied after a phone call that the taxi company didn't answer but recommended us to take the subway because it't cheaper. How ever very friendly staff in the restaurant, especially at breakfast service. And very good spa therapists.

It’s quiet with a good spa, food good. I didn’t like being told every morning breakfast is not included so it’s ok to charge you, every day, once is enough. Staff were really good otherwise, nothing was too much trouble.

belle demeure mais service pas du tout à la hauteu
Hotel neuf trop loin du centre ville prévoir taxi ou voiture de location . situé en zone d'affaire lointaine du centre ville. il fallait tout demander et redemander et surtout attendre. malgré 2 mails de la part de Mme Petya Georgieva qui promettez de faire tous pour nous satisfaire.il en est rien. Je faisais une surprise à mon épouse pour notre anniversaire de mariage j'ai demandé un étage haut, et une surprise de la part de l’hôtel même si il fallait la payer. j'ai entendu oui a tout. Sur place RIEN, le réceptionniste n'avait pas la chambre promise et même pas une fleur fanée de leur part.Pour une surprise à mon épouse cela a était une bonne surprise.Honteux!!!

So so
Room cleaning is bad, from previous guest there was a T-shirt left behind a chair. It means that cleaning never check behind a *corner`. But restaurant is absolutely perfect, food is fresh and really good cooked! People are very friendly.
