Dear Guests, first of all thank you very much for leaving a review about your stay. Happy to see you appreciated the place, the room, the services, the staff and the breakfast. As you said, our check in time is from 3pm, so we are here from 3pm to 8.30pm and this is clearly indicated once you make the reservation. You asked us to leave your luggage before check-in time and we've been completely at your disposal even if it was supposed to be out of check in time. Unfortunately there's been a misunderstanding about the time but we can guarantee, as we already told you, that we've been definitely here waiting for you until 1.30pm. Then there's no one here until 3pm. Furthermore, once you make your reservation online, we send a message with all the information including our mobiles but we did not receive any call. Concerning the distance, yes we know we are not central and the distance is clearly indicated, so people who are looking for a place in the center do not choose us, but most of the ones who do choose us, really enjoy the view, the quiet that a place in the center cannot offer. We know you appreciated these things too and we are sorry again for that misunderstanding but we really wanted to help you despite we are a B&B, we have certain times and not a Hotel with a reception 24hours a day
