Comfort – Air conditioning, climate-controlled heating and housekeeping is free every three days for our nightly residents while for our monthly residents, we will provide housing keeping once a week for a small fee.

CHECK -IN: Our check-in time starts at 3:00 P.M. Early check-in no earlier than 1:00 P.M is allowed with an additional fee of $45. Please note that this will be charged upon completing the reservation.

CHECK- OUT: Our check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Late check-out no later than 1:00 P.M is allowed as well with an additional fee of $45. Please note that this will be charged upon completing the reservation. Also, the additional fee stated above is per occurrence.

PET FEE: Pet rent up to 2 pets is $24 /night (caps 30 nights $720). The 3rd pet charges an additional $24 per night. (We will not accept more than 3 pets in a townhome or apartment.) Pet rent is charged upon completing the reservation. Kindly indicate how may pets are travelling with you.

Our second stay
This was our 2nd stay at Turning Leaf. While the first stay was nice(no complaints), this stay was excellent. They have done mini renovations. Carpet has been replaced with wood floors. Kitchen cabinets were refurbished. The place is always spotless. Great interaction with the staff when needed. Very accommodating. And the grounds are very well maintained considering it is pet friendly. A definite repeat for our family trips to Spokane.

Nothing fancy but CLEAN
Nothing fancy here but everything was clean! I could smell and see that the sheets and towels were sanitized and clean. They also had nice touches, like makeup remover packets, shampoo and coffee packets ready. Really appreciated that! Kitchenette was simple but clean. Also awesome that dogs are welcome! Have stayed here before and will stay again. I like the new check-in process as well. It is a lot more streamlined than it was before.

Convenient place.

Nice visit
The townhouse was decent. The furniture in the living room wasn't terribly comfortable, but it wasn't bad either. 2 refrigerators, 2 burner stove, no dishwasher. The bed upstairs was so fabulously comfortable! The bathtub was dirty with water in the bottom of it. Loved that our dogs could be with us, after all they are part of the family! The vrbo was centrally located, and close to my doctor's office, which was the reason we came. But, we also went shopping in Northtown. We live in a small town with little shopping, so that was great!
