Il Giardino degli Aranci è una storica Masseria rurale salentina di grande charme, appartenente al XVIII° secolo, situata nel centro storico del villaggio di Spongano a 10 minuti di macchina dalle acque cristalline dela mare di Castro e a 20 minuti dalle splendide spiagge di sabbia bianca di Otranto. Spongano è uno dei deliziosi piccoli borghi legati alla tradizione agricola del Salento che movimentano il piatto e uniforme entroterra salentino. 12 posti letto, 6 camere da letto. Volendo si possono aggiungere culle o lettini per bambini piccoli. Il tranquillo paese, circondato da molti paesi vicini e da una campagna con muretti a secco, monumenti megalitici, ha la fortuna di distare solo pochi chilometri dalle acque cristalline di Castro Marina, una delle più suggestive insenature di questo tratto della costa adriatica. La Masseria, con le sue antiche architetture, ampie volte in pietra a stella e ad arco e camini dell'epoca, giardini segreti ricchi di agrumi, offre a chi la vive, un'atmosfera unica, intima e romantica. Tranne la camera Menta, situata sul grande terrazzo che gode di una vista incantevole, tutta la casa è al piano terra e le stanze hanno l'accesso indipendente nel "giardino segreto", un luogo raccolto e riservato per godersi il proprio relax indisturbati, completo di tavolo con poltrone e vano lavatrice con dryer. Qui, un’altra uscita indipendente porta ad una corte privata che accede su una piazzetta con un comodo coffee shop. Alla Masseria si accede dal vicolo privato in cima alla strada principale. Questo la rende piuttosto nascosta e riservata, in una posizione strategica per chi ama stare nel verde della campagna ma stando in centro paese, con ogni servizio a portata di mano come bar, banca, supermarket, ristoranti in piazza, pizzerie, panetteria, farmacia, etc. che sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi.
