A good choice
Everything went well for us when we were there. The hot tub is really just for two people. The living room furniture doesn't really work or sitting around and talking but the porch is super nice in the table. The location is excellent! The neighborhood is wonderful. Host not real quick to respond to questions but does eventually.

Wonderful Stay
Very nice home, well stocked and comfortable. Close to everything available in St. Augustine. Although our stay was short we loved every minute of it.

Family friendly
Great location to the amphitheater, restaurants and shopping. Quiet stay and was nice to have hot tub and sitting outback. House fit family of 7 comfortably. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Tropical Paradise
Beautiful beach home with a backyard tropical paradise. House was clean and decorated with a cute beach theme. The seaside walks every morning was beautiful. We had perfect weather that cooled off in the evening in time for hot tub relaxation. We had perfect stay! Recommend the seafood place on the corner by US1.

Totally worth it! You will not regret it!
I loved this property. What a beautiful quiet neighborhood!! 3 of us went but we expected to have two teenagers join that did not. However, I was so glad for the extra bedroom so I could take my insomnia into another room and allow my significant other to sleep. It was rather windy and cool for the weekend so that hot tub was such a plus! It was full to the brim so it did create a puddle on the porch but that evaporated by the next morning. My only small complaint is about that the king poster bed-the post is in the way of the view of the TV (if you are the one closest to the bathroom). But that would not keep me from booking this place again. I did not need the property manager but I reached out as we were leaving and she was quick to reply. If you are thinking about booking it-just do it. You will not be disappointed!

Thank you so much for your feedback. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and your time relaxing on the back patio. I'm glad you let us know about the TV. It is on an long foldable arm mount that will allow guest to move it to be completely viewable. I have now included that tidbit of info in the check in info email. Thanks again for your feedback.

Great location!
Perfect location for all you want to do in St. Augustine. Walkable area and you can see the water. Very clean, well organized, inviting and the hot tub was a plus!

WEEKEND STAY
There were six adults and we stay for three days and two nights. The house is within ten miles of almost any where you would want to visit in St Augustine. The house was very clean and inviting. the beds were very comfortable, it was equipped with almost everything you needed. i would recommend as a Place to stay.

Super Cute Place
This is a super cute place in a quiet neighborhood. It was close enough to downtown without the craziness of being downtown. Would surly stay here again the next time we go.

Privacy, Peace & Almost Perfect
Our stay was great. The check in process was easy and seamless. I thought the property was located right on the beach but I clearly overlooked something. The house was super clean and we’re glad we had two separate bathrooms. I would suggest (to the home owner) if you’re going to charge a cleaning fee it should be substantially reduced for requiring the guests to remove bedding, taking out the trash and other household chores.

Thank you for your feedback we are so glad your enjoyed our beautiful beach house. We too love the location and the easy booking and check in process. We do have the house professionallly cleaned after each guests but ask the guest to start the dishwasher before they head out.

Beautiful home, perfect location
We love this beautiful home. So close to the water. Views are gorgeous and location is perfect to enjoy water activities, shops, and restaurants. This has become our go to getaway spot.

Fourth of July
The home was very spacious and beautiful. My favorite part was the sunroom and backyard, and my sister enjoyed the hot tub. It was in a very nice area, there were many residents walking, riding there bikes, and fishing nearby. It was calm and peaceful. I definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful
Very beautiful property. Right by the water. Was a good place for fishing and swimming. We also did paddle boarding. All fun activities. In the evening we walked the St George Street historical area. They had fun shops and a lot of good restaurants to choose from. The house was big and very clean. There was a big screened in area and a big yard for this kids to run around and kick a soccer ball.

Perfect location
This was the perfect place for our family of 5. The location was absolutely beautiful. The house was clean and so nicely decorated. Our family loves the privacy of the big yard and patio. We visit St Aug a few times a year and this is our new favorite place to stay.

Beautiful beach home
We had an amazing beach vacation. This home is so beautiful, way better and bigger than what the pictures show. Super clean and the beds are very comfortable. There was a big screened in patio that we used a lot. We grilled and ate our meals on the patio. The best part of the house is the perfect location. One block from the water. There is a park by the water with swings and even a rope swing into the water. We had a blast. The weather in May was sunny high 80s. Perfect for the beach.
