Hotel a St. Jacob

“The room was very clean, quiet, neat, basic. It is an original motel, a good stay at a great price, and it includes breakfast at the diner! ”

“This is a funky little place where you actually check in at the BP gas station next door! The people were great, and ice was available to purchase. We were actually a tiny bit disappointed that they had done away with the striped bedspreads pictured and "upgraded" to the white duvets you find everywhere else, but that was just for nostalgia's sake. For dinner we drove to the excellent Wooden Tie Cafe, just a couple miles away.”

“The beds were very soft, squeaky and springs in mattress caused bruising on my back. The place smelled almost like a chemical. The rooms were clean though, and the place was nice. They did have to escort a man from the facility that was either living there or who knows but he was gross and making people sick with him gagging at the breakfast table and always drinking out of a bottle of booze ”

“One of your breakfast ladies was especially kind and helpful to us. Even tho she was busy, she took time to answer our questions. Her name was Tonya (maybe taylia). Our second morning she came and asked if we needed anything else. She was kind and helped make our stay more enjoyable. ”

“Camera pulita, letto comodo, personale molto gentile. Wifi ok, doccia buona. Colazione base forse da implementare con qualche marmellata e magari waffle. ”

“Breakfast normally has one of the best offerings of a hotel breakfast, but this trip the hot breakfast had mostly empty bowls showing signs of lack of attention by staff. After fresh food was delivered, it looked like a pack of wild animals attacking prey. Would atay again but have back up breakfast plans”

“Staff admitted to a broken elevator and expected me as a 72 year-old man to lug a 45+ pound suitcase to the king room we reserved. They offered a two queen bed room on the first floor which I considered a downgrade but they considered an upgrade. Really? We registered our dissatisfaction and said we'd check out early the next morning and not stay the remaining 3 nights. When checking out I asked how to get a refund for the remaining unused nights and the hotel said to get with Expedia. We did,...
