Dear Brian,These horrible comments have left us speechless. Our reception stays open all day, and we are always present so we don’t see where this comes from. We are constantly working on improving, and our rooms are constantly undergoing upgrades, however you could have asked for another room if the one given was not up to your expectations. You have never told us anything in a week and then just left this bad review, when just popping by the reception could have solved most of your concerns. Regards

Dear Deependra Kumar, You didn’t stay at our property and unfortunately I couldn’t offer so early check in at 7:00 in the morning. Everywhere in the world check in time is at 14:00. If you wanted to have earlier the room you should have booked 1 day before. It’s not right your opinion, maybe you never went to hotel before!
