Hotel a Sterrett

“This seems to be a newer hotel but either way it is immaculately kept. The room was very spacious, all amenities were provided in the bathroom, which had a large walk-in shower. Easy access from the interstate. Continental breakfast didn't have hot foods such as bacon, sausage, waffles but had a nice selection of other items including yogurt with all the topings, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, cereals and pastries as well as coffee and juices. “The room didn’t look like it had been swept/vaccumed, but it was dusted. The sink was clogged. A/C had to be turned down to 62 degrees Fahrenheit in order to be comfortable. The decor didn’t look too outdated. Staff was nice and polite but didn’t say anything when I mentioned the sink. In a pinch I would consider staying again. I didn’t stay for the breakfast, so I can’t give an opinion on that.”

“Breakfast was great and Lady was wonderful in the dining room. Room was acceptable but the odor of cleaning products was overpowering. Linens were great. Pillows were terrible. Staff was slow and had trouble understanding family needed to stay on the same floor. All issues were resolved but anyone with hospitality experience would aware of guest needs. Overall exceptable experience. ”

“Room was pretty clean. Lots of just old set in stains everywhere. Hotel is old and shows it. We stayed one night and had an emergency and had to leave early. It was good for the one night and beds were very clean.”

“Definitely get what you pay for. Sheets/comforter were cleaned but stained. Walls were dirty and bathroom fixtures were in poor shape (leaking and corroded). If you're just looking for a hotel room to sleep in, this is a fine place for the price. However, the only entrance to the entire hotel is through the front lobby. The other doors are locked and marked as emergency exits only. Parking is only available on either end of the hotel, as the front spots are reserved for employee parking (I...

“Pool was closed.... Room was great and spacious. The shower was maybe the best around. Breakfast was just okay.”

“Clean and presentable. Convenient bar with small food menu. Open for breakfast at 7am which is just a little late for business travel. 6:30 would be better. I've stayed there three tines and will again.”
