From entering the lobby staff very welcoming the hotel overall was beautiful and clean the room was comfortable and clean I will definitely will stay here again

Great stop leaving the Atlanta airport after an international flight. The bed was super comfortable and gave good rest.

Pool does not have a heater and was ridiculously freezing. I booked this hotel for my young son to enjoy the pool and he could not. The whirlpool was closed and this was never mentioned. Extremely inconsiderate and noisy guests above us and we were told we could move instead of dealing with them. There were two staff that were extremely nice and engaging.

The hot tub (the reason we selected this hotel) was down, and cars got broken into overnight. We woke up to 5 police cars outside.

Great Stop
Definitely need to work on their elevator situation. Check in was the quickest I'd ever experienced and the room seemed like they were expecting me, ac and tv were on as of to say Welcome! Very impressed

Great stay.
We have had a nice stay. Our room is clean and attractive. Everyone we have dealt with was professional and friendly. We have had no problems. We came to visit our son and will likely stay at the Fairfield Inn again when we return.

The property was nice, staff was friendly, and the room was cozy. But I did notice a cobweb in my room and two stinkbugs. Not a dealbreaker for the price (not for me, at least) but just FYI. I think i would stay there again though. A decent hotel but more attention could be paid to housekeeping.

Impressive staff and wonderful hotel experience
This was a wonderful stay! At the front desk, Alicia was the friendliest, most professional person we have encountered in our annual drive from Minnesota to Florida. When our GPS led us astray, she patiently and expertly guided us in over the phone and made us feel so welcome when we arrived. Her polished demeanor instantly conveyed this hotel has high standards. At breakfast, Miss Terry reinforced our opinion of this Fairfield Inn with her tasty breakfast and friendly conversation. My husband and I highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent quality and value
This is an excellent hotel and easy to get to all points around Atlanta. I was in town for a funeral and it was good to have a comfortable base to return to each day.
