Great B&B with everything you need especially for a quick getaway to vist Stockbridge & Great Barrington Massachusetts. The new owners have added new touches to this Inn and the pride of ownership shows. Highly recommended 👌

Comfort and Enjoyable
Rooms are very large, clean and a bit vintage. We stayed in the Shakespeare Room. Bathroom included a jacuzzi. The new owner was very friendly as well as the small staff. We enjoyed wine and cheese at 4:30, and a fabulous breakfast.

Lovely inn in Stockbridge!
My adult daughters and I met at the inn for two lovely evenings. It was wonderful from beginning to end. Jeff and Lisa were fabulous hosts and Lisa’s breakfast were absolutely amazing. The wine and cheese each early evening were such a great treat and so appreciated. Jeff and Lisa have one final week until they hand over the keys to the brand new owners. Wishing them the very best for whatever is next and great success to the new owners!

Jeff the host was wonderful. We were upgraded to a large beautifully laid out room with jacuzzi and balcony. The breakfast was a highlight! We'll most definitely return. Christine Cobble Hill Brooklyn

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay at The Inn at Stockbridge! We look forward to returning and to recommending it to anyone planning to spend time in this beautiful part of the country. We especially appreciated the comfortable room, the peaceful terrace, the beyond delicious breakfasts and snacks, even the lovely playlist in the living room.

The grounds are beautiful However the interior is in poor shape. Bathrooms ( add said they have been renovated ) are old. I took some pictures… we left after 1 night didn’t stay 3 as scheduled. Moved to a different property. Price is not justifiable. Wouldn’t go back at any price

Typical secondary large private house turned into an Inn with well preserved atmosphere. Spacious public rooms. Wonderful breakfast and friendly breakfast staff. Wine and cheese hour available early evening to relax after a busy day.Conveniently located .

We had a nice experience here, though I think overall the price is quite high for what it was. The room itself was just okay, though very clean. The bathroom especially could have used some updating. The best part about this Inn was the breakfast, it was excellent. Great food, and the waitstaff was super friendly.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your thoughts on your stay. Please know that our main house rooms are constantly being rebuilt - new bathrooms, paint, wallpaper, and new furniture....so date we have complete 5 of the 8 rooms.

The staff was friendly, the property was clean, the breakfast was great although it would be nice if it lasted till 11 instead of 10am. The sheets were so soft and bed very comfortable. Room could use a bit of a face lift. Overall, really nice experience!

A classic New England Inn
Stockbridge is one of the most pleasant and picturesque towns in New England. Likewise, the Inn at Stockbridge is one of the nicest you will find in the region. You will enjoy the comfortable homey accommodations, outstanding breakfast, excellent service, and convenient location.

review of The Inn at Stockbridge
This is a beautiful inn that is comfortable and hospitable. In addition to one of the best breakfasts I've had in a B&B, the owners provide wine and cheese for a Happy Hour. It was a nice opportunity to chat with other guests. The only negative in our one-night stay was that we had a front room. the outdoor lights were directly outside our windows, and despite the blinds, kept the room mildly lit up all night. I'm a very light sleeper so this was a problem for me. If I came back, I would ask for a back room.

Lovely place to stay.
Jeff was a very friendly and informative host who looked after us very well. Our room was very comfortable and the surrounding area had good restaurants and interesting places to visit. We particularly enjoyed the wine and cheese in the late afternoon as it gave us a chance to chat to other guests.

The inn is wonderful. It's beautiful, historic, in a convenient location, inn keepers Jeff and Lisa are lovely and welcoming, and just all around lovely. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic and the views of the property from the inn and our room were great. My husband and I came for our anniversary and loved the romantic, attractive atmosphere. It was perfect! We highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Marc and I have communicated and his input with regard to room noise has been noted. We are in the process of installing foam insulation in this room to reduce and hopefully eliminate this problem for the future.

Pleasantly surprised
Fantastic food, comfortable room, friendly staff. I’d never stayed at a bed and breakfast before and was convinced the experience would be lost on me, however, Jeff and Lisa go out of their way to make themselves available and offer insight into the area. There’s a pool on-site and nightly “wine and cheese” for guests to enjoy. Highly recommended.

Charming, Comfortable and Convenient
My friend and I booked a room at The Inn at Stockbridge over Labor Day Weekend because we had tickets to Tanglewood. The Inn was so charming, conveniently located (to town, to Tanglewood and to the highway) and Jeff, the innkeeper, was wonderful. The little touches in the room and throughout the Inn were thoughtful and helpful. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. I wish we had time to use the pool! I would come back!

This is a lovely old inn with that is about a mile from the center of Stockbridge. It is also very close to the Rockwell Museum, the Berkshire Botanical Gardens and other similar sites. Additionally, the hosts were warm and helpful and the breakfasts were wonderful. Lisa who is one of the owners, is both a fabulous chef and baker. I would definitely recommend this Inn.

A nice cozy spot to stay at.
It was a very nice and cozy place to stay. We had a little trouble with the TV and heat in the room. As we and an unexpected freak snow/ice storm hit the area in May. The gas fireplace downstairs was a nice treat. Lisa cooked us an excellent breakfast of scrambled eggs and blueberry pancakes. The bed was extremely comfortable, unlike other B&B's that we stayed at, this bed was not hard as a rock! The driveway was a little bumpy and narrow, you have to be careful parking on it. I wish the entrance sign on the street was a little larger. I drove by it twice before finding it.

I liked the property very much! The owners were very gracious and hospitable. Beautiful antiques adorned the main house and special touches and attention to detail were apparent in all areas- from the toiletries in the rooms to the table settings . I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely return.

A Little Slice of Heaven!
Our stay at The Inn at Stockbridge was delightful! The Inn and it's rooms were comfortable, clean and cozy. A daily 4:30pm wine and cheese hour along with delicious home made breakfasts, cookies and other treats made our little winter getaway simply perfect!

Fabulous Americana
The Innkeepers, Jeff and Lisa, where awesome. They visited with us, gave us great local interest advice, and made us feel very much at home. The breakfast Lisa cooked each day were fabulous. It was a full breakfast of delicious items. The inn had a wood burning fireplace where we had wine and cheese each afternoon. The guest rooms have very comfortable beds. It was a great experienc e and just what we expected and wanted.

Disappointed!
The "Petite Room" I rented was extremely petite. 12" space on each side of a Queen Bed! The "Detached Private Bathroom" means a bath made out of small closet in the hallway outside the room. Room is way overrated on website and way OVERPRICED!

We love everything about this property. We don't go back to places we don't really feel comfortable. Another trip is being planned. Recommend this place highly, for us it's worth our 8 hour drive.

Lovely Inn secluded from the downtown areas
The hosts are very welcoming and the grounds are spectacular. They have an outdoor heated pool and even workout area. The breakfasts are special and the service staff very friendly.
