Hotel 4 stelle adatto a clientela busisness di passaggio, non adatto a soggiorni vacanza e alle famiglie con bambini. Non ci sono servizi dedicati ai bambini nelle aree comuni e non c’è nessun canale televisivo con cartoni animati (cosa molto pesante per i bambini in vacanza) non mi era mai capitato da nessuna parte. Non ci sono nemmeno i canali internazionali, solo tv svedese e al Jazeera. Il servizio reception/conciergerie davvero pessimo a qualsiasi domanda dai trasporti alle informazioni turistiche rispondono di cercarsele su internet… sembra che disturbi a chiedere quasiasi cosa e non ci sono depliant o informazioni a disposizione sulla città e sulle offerte disponibili, per cui come stare in appartamento. Pulizia superficiale avendo tantissime stanze. Moquette sia nei corridoi che in tutte le stanze. Nel nostro caso un problema essendo la bambina asmatica e allergica. L’hotel è molto buio. Posizione molto comoda per la stazione centrale della città, ovviamente non il massimo esteticamente il parcheggio e l’ingresso della stazione come spazio esattamente di fronte l’hotel. Colazione varia e abbondante e ristorante dell’albergo buono.

Indtjekningen var problematisk ved selv indtjek, men personalet var meget hjælpsomme. Værelset var fint med god udsigt. Hvis vinduet er åbnet, så er der lidt støj fra togene.

Super gelegenes Hotel, von dem aus man die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Unbedingt ein Scenic View Zimmer nehmen, der Ausblick ist wundervoll!

Helt ok hotell mitt i city
Mycket bra frykost men trist middag. Servitör vid middagen var trött och ointresserad. Gjorde många fel men verkade inte bry sig... Fantastisk utsikt från rummet som var fint. Baren i lobbyn inbjöd inte till häng, trist miljö.

Fantastisk værelse med smuk panoramaudsigt!
Fantastisk værelse med den flotteste udsigt! Lækker seng og god plads. Super fin morgenmadsbuffet med bredt udvalg. Eneste minus var at jeg på anmodning fik lovet en ny hovedpude, hvilket aldrig blev leveret til værelset. Ellers var alt andet perfekt!

Rigtig fin og professionel betjening, uanset hvilke ansat man taler med eller bliver betjent af. Restaurant, værelse, seng, toilet - alt er rigtig godt. Eneste anke er, der var koldt på værelset og ventilationen kørte på højt trin. Jeg kunne ikke regulere varmen selv om jeg betjente regulatoren.

Nice Hotel. Reception staff could be better …
While the room was nice, clean and comfortable, the woman who checked us in was so unpleasant it set an unfortunate tone to the rest of our stay and our overall experience. We’d arrived around 11pm after a 6hr train ride. We were tired, but to be met with someone so impatient and unfriendly was disappointing. After she gave us our room keys, my husband said "Thank you". No reply. No " Have a nice stay, night, etc "
