Posto da favola, non sempre si ha la possibilità di dormire in un veliero del 1800, i costi sono molto accessibili per una famiglia, piccolo neo, la pulizia della camera al nostro arrivo. Per il resto struttura molto consigliata

Splendido ostello situato in pieno centro, pulitissimo e con tanti bagni in comune sempre ordinati e forniti di carta e sapone; reception sempre attiva e pronta per qualsuasi esigenza.

Amazing location. The house is very modern and clean. Problem are no mirror and no plug for hairdryer in the bathroom (you have both on the boat instead) Room are good anyway with big curtains enough to cover light and a great view if you are in the front side. Staff always friendly and available. This time I also used the laundry service which is good (additional fee required)

Great position. The island of Skeppsholmen is amazing: calm and very close to everything, above all to the ferry boat for the archipelago. Sleeping on the boat is a must do experience. Very clean and a lot of toilette and showers. The staff is great and very kind, ready for every request. Decent breakfast.

Super location
Posizione pazzesca, sull’isola di skeppsholmen a due passi dal centro e allo stesso tempo super tranquilla. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nell’edificio principale che non avrà lo stesso fascino della barca, ma è comunque un palazzo storico fronte mare. Davvero un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Bagni in comune pulitissimi.

Very Good stay indeed
Everything was great except the wifi that didn’t quite work properly except in the room and just slightly noisy because it’s a boat but overall very good stay indeed.

Avevamo prenotato una camera doppia. Al nostro arrivo scopriamo che la camera non era nella nave ma nella struttura a terra. Pagando un sovrapprezzo, riusciamo ad avere una camera nella nave: una vera e propria cabina, con letti a castello e di dimensioni minuscole. Ci siamo stati due giorni, alla fine è andata bene perchè la barca è silenziosa e non c'erano molti ospiti, e al mattino uscire e stare sul canale è bellissimo! Ci siamo tolti lo sfizio di dormire in barca ma, oggettivamente, allo stesso prezzo si può ottenere molto di più in un albergo in città.

Abbiamo dormito su un veliero!!!!
Come dice il titolo, abbiamo dormito su un veliero, che si trovo proprio di fronte allo stabile dell' ostello, ovviamente in mare. Camere pulite, bagni comuni ma molto numerosi e ben puliti, la barca è fighissima, il personale è disponibile e gentile, lo consiglierei ad occhi chiusi

5 notti su una nave a vela
La cuccetta sul bastimento Chapman era quanto mi aspettavo, servizi e docce adeguati ad un ostello condiviso. La palazzina retrostante con uso di cucina e sala lettura è molto confortevole, peccato che vi siano dei rinnovamenti in corso e quindi la cucina è praticamente senza una finestra, con corrente d'aria.

Great location for getting around most parts of central Stockholm. My daughter and I had a great time on our visit, and being able to get in and out of the hotel easily was a great bonus.

Amazing experience. Beautiful room with view on to Gamla Stan and the beautiful ship Chapman. Central base for sightseeing. Kids loved it too and felt very safe for them. We will be back.

The best thing about this property is the location, which is what we really wanted, at an affordable price. We liked being close to the city, on the water, with an old sailing ship out the front and a great view of the old town Gamla Stan. It was absolutely perfect for the New Years Eve fireworks. We chose a 4-bed room for our family of 3 so we could have a room to ourselves in a place that is more like a backpackers. The toilet on our floor was broken, so we had to go down to lower floors, which was no big deal and I expect it's fixed by now. If you consider the phrase, "You only get what you pay for", then this place is pretty good - for the price. We are used to real hotels but Stockholm is very expensive so happy to settle for a lower standard at the same price we'd pay for a decent hotel in other countries. Most importantly it was clean, comfortable, great location, nice staff, and a fair price.

The property is very old (historic) so don't expect modern rooms. Ours was painted grey and my nine year old daughter likened it to a prison cell! We shared a bathroom which was cleaned regularly. The kitchen is small but has everything you might need. Other than that it was a clean and safe place to stay for two females travelling alone. Very convenient for the ABBA museum (via ferry) and the shops, etc.

A great stay in a fabulous location. Easily walkable to the main sights and the staff were friendly and helpful. Very comfortable, quiet, warm rooms with everything you need - and a beautiful view to wake up to!
