LIVING ROOM: Smart TV, games, books, abundant seating and room for various activities

BATHROOM: Full size bath with tub/shower combo in addition to complementary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

OUTDOOR FEATURES: Patio with picnic table, gas grill, and fire pit

GENERAL: WiFi, towels/linens, central air

**Air mattress available for additional comfort if desired. If requested, up to 8 guests may be approved to stay with an additional fee for each guest after 6.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property. A personal key code for access to the home will be provided upon check in.

-Check-in: any time after 3 pm

-Check-out: 11 am or earlier

**Upon requests early access/late checkout to the property may be granted depending on availability. **
Other things to note
***No Smoking indoors, including e-cigarettes and marijuana. There is a $500 fee for any smoking inside the property.***

***The property is set up on a septic system, flushing anything besides toilet paper is prohibited. Items NOT to be flushed: tampons, flushable wipes, diapers, baby wipes, Kleenex, paper towels, napkins, any plastics, and non-biodegradables.***

-You have use of the entire property, including the laundry facilities, fire pit and backyard area.

-Small parties (6-8 people) allowed.

-When outdoors after 10pm, be mindful of noise levels.

-Smoking cigarettes is allowed outside the side door. There is an ashtray provided. Please be sure to close all doors when smoking outside.

-No illegal substances consumption/production/selling.

-Please feel free to use anything in the home that you need. Any food or spices are for your convenience and some extra toiletries are provided.

-If designated toiletries run out, it is your responsibility to purchase extra.

-Please take out the kitchen trash and place it in the outdoor trash bin provided on the day of check out. Garbage is picked up early Friday mornings, please set out on Thursday nights.

-Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. If there is evidence of pets without prior approval, you will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee per pet.

-Upon checking out, please do not remake any beds that were slept in. Please strip the beds and put sheets in a pile on the bedroom floors.

**Please do not take anything from the house. You will be liable for missing items**
