Dai alla tua famiglia i ricordi di una vacanza sull'oceano in questo tranquillo cottage sul mare costiero rilassante e affascinante. Bella spiaggia ampia, anche con l'alta marea!

La casa si trova alla fine occidentale dell'isola, dove è meno affollata e molto più privato. C'è poco traffico sulle strade a differenza del traffico ad alta velocità verso l'Oriente.

PASSEGGIATA ALLA SPIAGGIA: non ci sono assolutamente "passi" sulla "Passerella per la spiaggia" ... questo rende la passeggiata più sicura per i bambini e gli anziani. Gli unici passi sono i 5 passi dal mazzo principale (coperto) dalla casa fino al Sun-Deck ... prima che inizi la passerella.
• Occupazione massima: (8). (Con non più di 6 adulti ... di età superiore ai 18 anni).

SPIAGGIA INCREDIBILE in questa particolare posizione ideale! Non c'è niente come l'area di spiaggia su Holden Beach ... c'è circa un miglio tratto metà su Holden Beach dove la spiaggia è ampia e un sacco di spiaggia (sabbia) con l'alta marea! Tutto orientale del nostro tratto di spiaggia è molto piccola zona salotto in spiaggia con l'alta marea. Tutto occidentale di questo tratto di spiaggia è una camminata molto lunga dalla casa sulla sabbia.


CASA Interno: pavimento-plan nella zona giorno, più grandi camere da letto più una sala TV / sole in più .... dà tanto spazio per la vostra grande famiglia a diffondersi.

Sun, Sand, and Serenity: Our Perfect Holden Bewch Escape!
We enjoyed our fantastic beach vacation, the house was very clean, well-maintained and contributed to a comfortable and inviting atmosphere! It truly felt like a home away from home, The well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the dining area provided the perfect view! The oceanfront stay had stunning views of the waves and private access to the beach. Each day was filled with relaxation and fun activities, from sunbathing and swimming to building sandcastles and walking the beach looking for shells! The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking, the nights were peaceful, with the sound of the waves providing a soothing backdrop. Our time here has been rejuvenating, memorable, and filled with joy! Thank you for allowing us to vacation in your beautiful home!

We love staying here.
Nice, clean beach house! The owner is easy to communicate with, responsive to any questions or concerns. It is an older home and it is well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need if you wish to cook some of your meals. The walkway to the beach is in good condition & maintained also. We love the covered back porch, a great place to relax! We always wish we could stay longer!

LOVE THIS HOUSE!! VERY clean, comfortable beachy home in a very peaceful location!!! We'll be back
When we walked into the house, we knew immediately we were in Love with this House!!! The first thing I noticed was the open floorplan, the beautiful beachy décor, all the wonderful natural sunlight from all the windows, the pretty colors…all so inviting. Then we walked out to the Oceanfront deck my husband and I were in awe. We were both so happy that this would be our vacation!!! As time passed, I noticed more and more how clean the whole house was, which I fully appreciated because I am a clean freak. The housecleaners had done a wonderful job! The furniture and house was in good condition. The refrigerator and appliances seem to be new. The bathrooms are very attractive and updated. The longer we stayed the more we really appreciated all the spaciousness of the living area, dining area, bedrooms, and also the comfortable beds and furniture! This house is an older design on the street side but you wouldn’t know it from the inside. And the location is amazing. I can’t say enough compliments about the house because we loved it!. The owner was very kind to call us on day 2 to make sure everything was OK. We had no complaints at all. This was our first time in Holden Beach. We only vacation in NC every other year but we WILL definitely be back! My only regret is that we couldn’t stay another week.

Holden 2023
Great location. Quiet and comfortable and just steps away from the beach. We rested, relaxed, ate good, took long walks on the beach and enjoyed the view from the porch. Loved watching deer and rabbits from the porch.

Quiet location
The house was spacious upstairs. We liked the open floor plan. We did not need to use the two rooms in the basement but they seemed spacious. Kitchen was well equipped compared to others we have stayed in at Holden. This is an older home. There is wear, especially in the primary bath. We ended up using the hall bath instead as it had an exhaust fan. Be aware that this home has very steep and narrow stairs from the lower level to upper. Was a little challenging for me and could be for anyone with a mobility issue, Beach location is great. At this time there is a good sized dune that you have to go down and climb up to access and return from the beach. I would advise bringing your own linens as the owner is very specific about charging fees for any type of staining from makeup, skincare products, etc on the linens provided. We always bring our own so this was not an issue for us. You may want to bring your own dish towels too as there are none provided. Make sure you get the rental agreement the owner requires when you book. VRBO did not send it and I ended up having to review and sign it the night before we were to check in which was not fun. I think that the agreement should be made available to read before you ask to book the property. The property has plenty of room if you have a big family. The volleyball area is nice for kids. Two tables for dining gives lots of room for games and puzzles. A small gas grill is provided which was very useful for us.

Nice boardwalk to the beach
This beach house has an open floor plan and large bedrooms which was great for our large family gathering. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. We enjoyed the covered deck area with benches and rocking chairs. Could've used some side tables. The house is showing its age and there are things that need to be updated and or replaced, including furniture pieces with plastic covers that are cracked and sharp which led to cuts and scrapes of hands and legs. The blinds have broken slats and multiple lights don't work even after changing light bulbs. We did enjoy the beach and no crowds!

Great for us
The property was just the right size and set up for our family - 5 adults and 3 children age 8 - 10. The sun room was great for the kids. The house was well maintained. The rugs were a little dirty but the owner had rug cleaners set up to come in as we were leaving. The owner was very responive to anh issues. We had a great time

Adequate but kind of gross
Pros: Spacious, enough bedrooms and plenty of beds, lots of seating in the living room, great seafront deck, awesome beach location with a great sandbar that protected the shore from huge waves, very family friendly stretch of beach. Cons: fluorescent lighting, uncomfortable clear plastic over some upholstery, not cleaned well, tables were gross (dirt under glass on one table top, dirty grout between tiles on another table), wood floor between carpets was filthy when a wet paper towel was taken to it, bathrooms are gross. Light fixtures awful. Could charge a lot more if you just painted it, redid showers, redid lighting, and updated it a bit to make it look nicer and took all the plastic off upholstered furniture.
