Hello Alonso! Thank you for your review. Staff did come out to alleviate the fridge issue the moment you called and made us aware. They also provided a back up fridge and coolers. There is no AC in that home, as is the case with 99% of homes in Tahoe. Extra fans were provided, as there was no air conditioning to begin with that could have faltered. We were and remain available seven days a week to help. We did not hear anything else from you after dispatching staff to help with the fridge. Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we did not have a great relationship with this group as they appeared to have a party at the home. When informed about damage, the guest proceeded to tell us about them breaking a chair on the deck, and now added more, on her review. We are sure to complete a full review of the home to assure all future guests have a wonderful stay. This home is fantastic, with great views, perfect location to town, beaches, skiing, etc. ~Tahoe Rental Company
