Hotel è un piccolo gioiello nella città vecchia. Confortevole ed accogliente. Cortese e gentilissimo il personale. Ristorante di altissimo livello. Servizio impeccabile. Unico neo le suite sono troppo piccole e creano una vera difficoltà ed anche un certo pericolo per il letto inserito vicino alla parte spiovente del tetto rendendo difficoltoso l'accesso e mettendo la persona in condizione o di entrare a letto dal fondo o di sbattere nel soffitto.

Caratteristico hotel in antico edificio
L’hotel è situato in una antica dimora con interni in pietra e grazioso giardino proprio in centro. Arredato con gusto. Colazione eccellente. Abbiamo avuto l’upgrading delle camere. Sia le camere che i bagni sono confortevoli, il letto è comodo. L’unica cosa che non amo è la doccia nella vasca.

Hotel di lusso centralissimo
Ricavato da una serie di casette storiche del XVI secolo. Interni arredati con molto gusto, dotato di ogni confort. Il personale e' chiaramente addestrato a mettere il cliente a proprio agio e specializzato nel problema solving. Servizio impeccabile di livello mediamente superiore agli altri della stessa catena. Un'oasi di relax ! Consigliatissimo!!

Tallin e Helsinki due gioielli
Hotel di lusso, centrale ma silenzioso. Personale impeccabile e colazione deliziosa. Stile medievale come tutta la città, tutto è curato in ogni dettaglio. Tallin offre molto ai turisti, è un vero gioiello, ma se volete approfittare in due ore di comodo traghetto si arriva ad Helsinki... altro spettacolo! Vi auguro di essere fortunati come noi ad aver avuto 4 giorni di SOLE in aprile...

Quasi perfetto.
Situato in ottima posizione per visitare il centro storico a piedi, hotel di elevato livello, molto confortevole, pulito, curato negli arredi e negli interni, staff estremamente gentile e disponibile. Unica pecca: purtroppo una mattina a colazione abbiamo ricevuto la duplice sgradita visita di un ratto che ha vagato sui tavoli del buffet. Il personale è stato molto efficiente nel cercare di porre rimedio all'inconveniente, ma: le pietanze sono state rimosse e presumibilmente sostituite (nessuno ci ha rassicurato in questo senso); il personale di sala ha cercato di stanare il ratto in presenza dei clienti, ma penso che avrebbero dovuto invitarci a lasciare il ristorante con l'offerta di servirci la colazione in camera o in altro locale dell'hotel; nei giorni successivi NESSUNO si è formalmente scusato per l'accaduto, magari offrendo una sorta di compensazione (ricordo che che ogni colazione pagata a parte costa 20 euro a persona) e NESSUNO ci ha rassicurati del fatto che era stato posto rimedio. Infatti, per tutta la settimana, a colazione ci sentivamo piuttosto a disagio e non ce la siamo sentita di restare lì anche a cena. Se avessero curato questi pochi dettagli, non avrei nemmeno citato questa spiacevole circostanza.

One of the best properties we have stayed at. Hospitality and customer service is unparalleled! Hotel is a small boutique property — very cosy. They have a sauna on site as well as a jacuzzi. Location is also unbeatable in the heart of Old Town. Highly recommend!

This property is right in the heart of the Tallinn Old Town which means it is super convenient. The room I had was well maintained, very spacious and cosy. The restaurant on site was exceptional. Breakfast was great but the a la carte dinner menu was exceptional. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The Best Tallinn Can Offer
Having travelled to Tallinn numerous times during the last 30 year, I must admit that this was the best hotel experience there ever. Apart from the Medieval buildings, perfectly refurbished and kept up to date, the staff in the restaurant, in the reception and the housekeeping is unique. No less.

Old-World Luxury in the Heart of Old Town Tallinn!
From first stepping into the lobby, it is impossible not to be charmed by the Schlössle's old-world elegance -- the exposed beams, the crackling fire, etc. The staff were incredibly accommodating and outgoing, and the one issue with our room (the safe wasn't functioning) was fixed within minutes. The room itself was lush and comfortable, very well-appointed, and overlooked the beautiful streets of Old Town. There were no USB ports for charging our devices, but the front desk had plenty of adapters we could use for no additional fee. Location was within the boundaries of old town, but not so central that we were awakened by folks coming out of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious, with many options, and our dinner at the hotel restaurant was quite good as well. Overall, a wonderful experience -- highly recommended!

Lovely hotel. Silent and very comfortable. Nice decorations. Room was very tidy and bed was huge. Sauna was great and cozy. Breakfast very good, wanted to eat more but couldn't. Everything was delicious. You can also order more warm portions and those were included in breakfast.

It’s amazing! The hotel is very old world, cozy but with discreet modern conveniences. The staff are top notch. The location is great especially for first time visit to Tallin.

This property was quintessential old-world luxury. Room was clean, charming and had turndown service - a treat rarely offered nowadays. The breakfast was superb as was our dinner in the restaurant. Everyone we encoutered was friendly and accommodating. And the lcoation can't be beat. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time.

また泊まりたいホテルです
旧市街にある歴史のあるホテルです。スタッフもとても親切です。内装も綺麗ですし、サウナも清潔でした。 レストランで昼食をとりましたが、とても美味しくいただきました。朝食も温かいお料理を個別に出してくれました。エレベーターがないことや鍵が開けにくい点を除けば完璧で、また泊まりたいと思うホテルです。
