As soon as we pulled up there were police but let me start off by saying this is the type of hotel where you have workers staying there that work in the area for a limited time until their job is done this is not an average hotel again these are actually long term rentals that the seasonal workers can stay in.

I never stayed. But Expedia allowed me to book it when they were already closed on checking in. Never got a refund. Expedia says it was on the hotel to give it back

Night manager was wonderful with a super late check in, but the room was terrible. Smelled like pot the whole two weeks. No one ever came to clean. Cheap, but definitely get what you pay for.

I asked to see the room that was being assigned to me once it became clear that this property was more of a kennel than a hotel. The staff member "refused" to let me do it and said to my 71 year old face "I am cancelling your reservation because I know you won't like it here". I am not kidding. Doesn't get worse than that. Except if you read other reviews, she may have done me a favor.

Disgusting
This place was disgusting!! As soon as we walked in there were roaches on the table & the restroom!! There wasn't a smoke detector in the room. We ordered food & soon as we sat to eat roaches started cooking out of the microwave!!! This place is nasty!!!! Don't stay here!! It was so bad we left at 2am. I wish I could get my money back!

Not recommended!
Very disappointed! I booked for one night to stay after a concert rather than drive back to Orlando. Checked in and spent about an hour in the room before going to the concert. The room was dingy - could definitely use a make over. When i got back, there were at least 10 German cockroaches scattered through the room including 2 in the bathtub. I reached into the tub to take a picture and noticed the area between the bottom of the shower surround and the upper rim of the bathtub was disgustingly dirty. I also noticed that the rim in the toilet was too. The lobby is locked at night, so i dropped my key off in the drop slot and left to drive home, then called Hotels.com to report the experience and request a refund.

My experience
When I get there I ended up getting there early 1:30pm and had to wait until 3pm as I was informed it was due to overbooking the night before, then I got to the room it was clean but the cover looked a blanket you would get at a hospital to warm you up I stayed about 3 hrs and decided to go to another location after all the constant people traffic outside pulling at doors and loud talking. When I went to the front desk the first thing I was told was I was unable to get a refund and I was confused because I didn’t ask for one smh. All and all not a bad hotel but definitely with pick at different location next time.

The whole online advertisement where a lie there are NO Smoking rooms THERE IS NO BREAKFAST They make you pay 40.09 for pots and pans if needs to use for your stay they DO NOT supply more than 1 towel and 1 wash rag per guest you must bring your towels and wash rags down to the front office to be washed and bought back up to you the toilet gave out and they didn’t fix it they provide 3 pillows per bed 4th at a coast and the DO NOT supply a blanket/quilt NO shampoo or conditioner and one little bar of soap so in other words ur paying for a room and a bed bring all the items you need for a comfortable stay because if not you will definitely be disappointed and want to go get a room somewhere els, I pray for you if you ever come across front desk staff as they are equally nasty as there Hotel my husband called to confirm reservation and she said oh the website lies we do not have breakfast or smoking room there is a little yard you can go to if you want to smoke and you must pay for Wi-Fi 8.00 an hr 25.00 for 8 days and hung up I hope everyone reads this and makes the proper discussion before booking your stay sincerely a disgusted custom who stated there over this past weekend 9/16/23
