Come relax at Summer Breeze, a true tropical oasis! This clean, bright and spacious 3 bed, 1 bathroom, home with a big backyard!. A home that is near everything! When I say everything I mean everything!

The space

The open concept allows for friends and family to easily gather together.
The kitchen is fully equipped and a pleasure to cook in.

BedRooms

The first bedroom is for the kids to feel like they're at home! It has two twin beds, 1 big rocket ship tent, lots of toys and a full toy kitchen set!

Laundry right off the kitchen, open the door that is in the kitchen, look to your left and the laundry room is right there. Head outside to the private, fully fenced yard and enjoy the big backyard!

If it gets too hot, come relax inside where there's a large Roku TV in the living room, comfortable seating and plenty of board games, family games, uno, cards, checkers, dominos and much more. Lets not forget, The sofa turns into a full size bed!

Second bedroom has a bed that is 3 in 1. Sofa, twin bed, and turns into a full size bed. The bed has built-in storage, inside the cabinets you will find a pillow, bed sheets and bed comforters. This bedroom also has a nightstand. This Bedroom also has a bunk bed. ( 2 twin mattresses.)

The 3rd bedroom is the master bedroom! This room has one nightstand, a big cabinet to put your personal belongings, A lamp that charges all of your smart devices. Underneath the bed you’ll see a few drawers for storage.

Great place to work from home! The WIFI in this house is super fast!

Guest access has access to the whole house except the garage.


Tampa International Airport 10 minutes away!

Wawa not just for gas but we all love our late night snacks! 5 minutes away.
All fast food restaurants! YES you hear that right ALL of them! Are 5 minutes away from the house. Not a fast food person? No worries you have many more restaurants near the house! Many restaurants of different nationalities are nearby.

Ybor city! Clubs, bars, stores, water views, parks etc all in YBOR CITY! All 10 minutes from the house.
BUSCH GARDENS! Arcades, rides, zoo’s etc all 5-10 minutes from the house! “Look at the listing pictures.”

Ben T Davis beach! 10 minutes from the house!
Clearwater beach is 10-20 minutes from the house.

Helpful host

The house though located through a bad area is placed in a quiet old neighborhood. Had a few issues with the home from the start but the owner was more than helpful and replied quickly to any message I sent. Good stop for travelers visiting the sights.

Our Tampa stay

Updated not too long ago. Overall the house was clean and enough room for a 3 to 4 guests comfortably. Could use regular daily cleaning supplies left on site. The owner/property manager was easy to get ahold of and quickly resolved any issues or concerns. He was always polite and attentive. Though the neighborhood itself was older, it was quite. The surrounding area itself was a sketchy like many big cities today due to homeless people sleeping against business buildings. .
