Hi Mr Zamboni, Thank you for the review. First of all the staff and I would like to thank you for your stay in our resort, it was a pleasure to welcome you here. I would like to clarify few things, regarding your bungalow it is the closest one from the beach after the Blue Bungalow, we kindly proposed you to move into that one but you refused. I am currently writting this message sitting on the Red Bungalow terrace, the one you had, and I can see the beach from where I sit. Then about the bed it is the first complain we have about it, we are very sorry if you didn't sleep well, I asked you if you slept well you answered yes, if you would have told us your problem we could have tried to arrange it with pleasure. Regarding the tools in the pool bar, they are kid's tools so the kids can play with it in the sand. Finally about the beach as you know there was the end of a storm coming from Australia and that brought loads of trash on the beach everyday, the beach is not our property so we are doing our best to keep it as clean as possible, however we can not deal with a weather like this and its consequences. Dear Yolande, Thank you for the review. We are sorry that you have not fully enjoyed your stay with us. Generally the restaurant is one of our good point but if you did not like the food and the service quality that means we have to readjust several things in the kitchen. It is mostly my fault because I was abroad for my annual holidays and I am normally in the kitchen to coordinate the service in the kitchen and in the hotel in general. About the lack of activities the last year earthquake has reduced the number of activities available in the area as few sites are still closed especially around the Rinjani volcano. Finally about the credit card machine we are still working on it but it is quit difficult to have it for a foreign investor but I am aware that it is a problem for the guests. Dear Margarida, Thank you for your valuable feedback, we are deeply sorry that you had a very bad experience during your recent stay with us. Unfortunately the resort manager was away for couple of days to meet partner in Bali.
